so like my bf and me have been going out for 10 and 1/2 months, and we always fight about the same thing, Him going out, and today he told me that we should take a break, what is a break really and what should I do, I was so upset all I could do was cry... and whats worse i actually let him take his stupid break, and I dont know what to do, im so confused and hurt, and I cant break up with him because i love him, and he told me like a million times today he loves me, but i just feel like this is going to change our relationship, what should I do, i really need some help!@ im 16/f (link)

Unfortunately I see it as you do. Its just a way to break up when the person is to chicken to say they want out. I'm sorry. Find someone else. You don't need a break from someone that you care about. Not more than a few hours anyway. My guess is he would rather hang out with his friends and you don't think that should be his main focus. You're right, but he evidently isn't ready for a relationship.

You really need to stop the "I love you thing." There is no quicker way to scare a guy off. Just talk to him, be nice, and see what happens. :)

Okay so there`s this boy, we`ll call him jeff. and i really like him. a lot. okay so i hang out with jeff a lot then one day i told him i like him and he blushed and changed the subject right away. so we were hanging out 2 days ago and he was being really sweet. not that he`s never sweet or anything but he was different. it was me, jeff, and our friend. but most of the time it was just me and jeff. he was being really nice. he insisted on buying me food. when it started pouring on us.. he took of his sweater and gave it to me. everytime i look at jeff i catch him looking at me and he blushes and then he smiles at me. what do you think? do you think he likes me or is he just being nice because he knows i like him? you don`t have to be positive but i just want a few opinions. Ok i've bin out with this boy 12 times I really love him and he told me that he wanted kids with me and that he loves me but recently his ex got jealous i bbroke up with him because me and his ex had an argument this caursed all my other mates to fall out with me now he's going back out with his other ex and has recently started being nasty to me I still really love him and can't stop thinking about him also i'm going out with someone else and he's threatened to beat them up if they don't dump me he thinks he can have as many people as he likes but just won't get off my case when I try so the question I want to ask is if you were me what would you do about this boy??? thankyou if you help i'll rate you high if not I won't rate you at all (link)

If he still likes you he sure has a funny way of showing it. I don't really understand why an argument with his ex would make you break up with him. You should break up with him because you don't like him anymore and not over something some ex (who is possibly TRYING to break you up) says. A lot of guys (not all) will use that I want to have kids with you line to get their way. Don't fall for that one in the future.
If you are looking to get him back you are going to have to explain to him the reason you broke up and change whatever behavior brought it on. There is maybe more to it than what you explained but this is all I've got for info given. Hope it helps some. If he still wants to act nasty towards you after the talk then forget him. :)

It must be small enough to go away on its own. If it hadn't been your doc would haven given you some medicine for it. Guys won't notice since they are usually internal. :)

society tells us that having premarital sex is wrong, (risk of pregnancy, stds...) but also emotionally, that you cant handle a breakup after you lose your virginity to someone, it changes your life forever, etc. I know all of that, but is it true with EVERY SINGLE relationship that if you have premarital sex, it'll drive you two apart and you'll eventually break up. How wrong is it to have sex in highschool (only with 1 person of course and you keep it between yourself.) my boyfriend and I have been going out for 7 months and I want to have sex with him eventually but I'm afraid it'll make us break up... why does that happen? like think back in the 1940's, if you got pregnant both of you would drop out of highschool and GET MARRIED...why cant it be like that these days? It happened that way for me. Wasn't the 40's though... not THAT old! That is why I told my daughter this. Don't have sex with someone that IF the worse happened and you got pregnant he wouldn't care enough to marry you. Not that I would expect her to marry if it happened but, that is just a good way to judge in your head if it is worth doing. Feelings should be that strong on both sides.
I don't think having sex is what breaks people up. I think it forms a bond... a real emotional one (for girls anyway). Making the breakup somehow more devastating. I mean you trusted someone with your entire heart, right and body. At least that it how it should be. These days some have made it something you do with just anyone and it is no big deal. I personally don't care for the carefree attitude. It should be with someone special...even if it doesn't last forever. And even if it isn't the first time. If you wait for the special one then chances are greater that it WILL last and not cause a break up.
The reason most people don't get married due to pregnancy these days is because society doesn't frown on it like they used to. In the 40s you spoke of it wasn't a matter of just dropping out. You were ( females anyway) kicked out. Wouldn't want other girls to get ideas I guess. I got pregnant in 75 and it wasn't quite as bad as that then but hadn't gotten to the point it is today. Which is basically anything goes. It is just a matter of whats acceptable to society at the time. Unfortunately marriage itself is so throw away at the moment. Divorce is to easy. People just don't try anymore. I am sure this is much more info than you wanted or needed! I hope your answers are in there somewhere. Sorry for the novel! :)

They will usually want you to reschedule it. The reason is they have to do tests and if they get blood on the slide it could ruin the test. You wouldn't want to have to do it again. So, if you have your period the day you're supposed to go, call and reschedule your appointment.

These last few times I've had my period I've been really PMSy. Like all constantly have cravings for chocolate, something sweet, or something salty. This has been throwin me off my diet. *Im skinny but I wanna remain healthy and fit* .. What should I do when PMS strikes again? (link)

PMS is more bloating, and really nasty attitude rather than cravings. You do get the cravings though! It can actually be a good sign your getting ready to start your period if you want to be prepared for it. You basically just have to resist the urge to go overboard. A candy bar won't do much harm, but if your eating 10 ya need to stop it! When the urge hits go do something else. Walk, run, take a shower, talk on phone...something like that. :)

Boobs just kind of grow when they feel like it. Having your period doesn't even necessarily make them grow any. I'm not sure when they stop growing & you didn't say how old you are. I'd say by the time you are 15-16 they are pretty much done. Until you start having babies and then they may get a little bigger.

To set your mind at ease the most common reason women get TSS is by putting in a tampon and forgetting it is there. I am not kidding, you would be surprised. So, that being said it is okay to sleep with one...just remember to remove it in the morning. You will figure out how often to change it as you get used to what your period is like.
I don't think one tampon is much different from another. When you find one you like stick with it. :)

ok so im matured (and beyond ;)) but i still havent had my period. my friend has and shes like "oh you shave your armpits? i dont have to yet" nd all this other stuff like so shes not matured as much as me but yet i KNOW she has it! hmmmmm. . .?

Ok,well i haven't my period yet [[and im 13..]] My mom got it when she was 13,my sister got it when she was 14. Does this run in the family that i'll get it either this year or when im 14? or would i be different? i really just want to get it over with instead of being afraid it'll happen when im in school or somewhere everyone can see it !! That is always a fear but it usually doesn't happen that way. If it worries you just carry a pad in your purse when you go back to school just in case & to ease your mind.
All girls are different. Most likely you will start in the next year or so. If you don't though don't worry about it. First one won't be heavy as a rule and you will do fine. :)

On April 2ed I got my ears pierced for a second time (second holes) well they still haven't healed yet. The girl said when she was done 6 weeks but its been about 4 months. My first holes healed kinda slow too but not this slow. Do you think there is something wrong? Or maybe there is a way to speed it up.
P.S. I didn't use any solution to clean it after I got it done other than peroxide it every few days, if that helps. (link)

That's all I used. If they don't heal soon you might want to check with a doctor. Until then keep cleaning them with peroxide. They really should have healed by now. :)

Diet pills do not work. They are bad for you too.
sensible diet and exercise id all you need. I also believe you have to be 18 to buy diet pills in most reputable places.

The thing is, i'm not rich and from the looks of most treadmills they're REALLY EXPENSIVE!

I don't know of any websites but if you can make small payments every month, or every week, you can put one on layaway at Walmart or a similar store. Won't be able to have it until you get it paid for but it is an option you might be able to afford. Mom may have to help you with it because you probably have to be 18 to do it yourself. Though I am not positive about that. If interested you can call Walmart and ask. :)

I think the best thing you can do for your friend is to encourage her to stay put. Running away never solved anything and will probably just make more problems for her. Better to face them head on and be done with it.
I don't think you should get involved with hiding her out at your house. For one thing your parents won't approve. If you don't say anything then you'll be in trouble yourself. If her parents can't find her they will call all her friends anyway. Next they will have police looking for her. You could both get in trouble. So, best not to help her with the hiding.

Tell them to just leave you alone. Say I don't like you and I'll like you even less if you don't leave my boyfriend alone. If that doesn't work then try ignoring them. They are just trying to get your attention and they are succeeding. :)

Ok well im asking this question for a friend of mine because he doesn't know what to do and he asked me and idk. So anyways my friend really likes this girl and he's had a crush on her for almost a year and now she is single. But whenever he asks her who she likes she always tells him "noone" or "nobody" but he doesn't know if she is serious or just doesn't want to tell him. The fastest easiest way to find out is for him to just ask her out. Lots of people are going to say no one. She may be a little shy. He needs to just go ask her out. :)
