I always thought of him to be cold, disinterested etc. etc. However, my psychiatrist wants me to work with him for some damn reason. He did resolve a problem for me though. I have a follow up appointment for something else Feb 4th. If I need to see him sooner I will. After that appointment I'll find someone else. I have that flexibility in Canada to dump someone easily if not comfortable and everything is covered for free.

The only thing is, I didn't mention. We have to get her out of that guys home. He has started shooting at him and my brother, was arrested and put in jail.
I do understand that she will drink no matter where we go but that's the reason why we can't stay here. But thanks anyways.

how do i ask him though? i think my prob is i never give guys any vibe more than friends and so, even if i ask him to go to a movie it wont feel like a date (if that makes sense). and i read that for the first date, the guy pays if he offers, but the girl has to at least show an effort to want to pay.

I do indeed follow up on all my applications and see if there are any positions at all, sometimes it just doesnt work. I had an interview not too long ago, but then someone else got hired instead. I'm just at a loss of what to do.

you being a mom, should understand that YOUR kids come before your boyfriend! I should be her number one priority, then him. That's my only problem, she puts her boyfriend before me & my sister. He told me that when him & my mom go out that she isn't my mom, that she's HIS (emphasize his) girlfriend it kinda hurt my feelings because she will always be my mom no matter what. I understand if I was grown up, but i'm still living with my parents i'm 15, i'm still kinda dependent on them. I'm not selfish either, 95% of kids DON'T like their parents new significant other after their parents get a divorce. My dad used to be best friends with my moms boyfriend, now they don't even talk, my dad feels kind of betrayed that his bestfriend would get with his ex wife. you may not realize it, but it's wrong, and it's kind of hard getting along with a guy that one of your family members hate.and Actually she did want to go on a walk with me, because SHE asked me, I started to get my shoes on and then he asked her to stay for the rest of the movie, that's my fault I should have added that. If you were here you'd understand, I talk to my neighbor about this she's 61, she sees what goes on and she understands. it's their lives, yeah I know, but i'm living with them, so don't I have a say so in what happens? The whole smoking thing, scares me, theres people that have never smoked a cigarette in there life they just breathe in 2nd hand smoke that die of lung cancer. I also worry about my mom, she smokes about a pack a day along with her boyfriend, i'm sorry but I don't want to be around that. for some reason, cigarette smoke nauseates me. About the whole prom picture he said that they looked half normal that night, meaning they DON'T look normal in reality, which is saying that they're ugly. i'm not rude to him, I still talk to him, but what I said in my question is how I feel. I don't show it, I keep my emotions bottled up, I mostly just stay in my room when he's here. Also, I don't hog my mom to myself when he's home, I give her all the alone time she wants with him, and I still let them go out without saying anything. I changed your answer to a five, because i'm not going to fight with you, you're like 20-30 years older than me, I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question, and it was wrong of me to rate you a 2 for your opinion

i found out that he is telling at least 3 girls i know the same thing and he has had sex with at least those 3 so he just uses that "line" to get with as many girls as he can. if a guy ever says this to you it is a lie he would break up with her if he loved you otherwise he is using both girls to get sex like this guy is doing with me cuz i had sex with him then i found out from my brother about all his girls. :(

They had been having sex for weeks. Turns out he was having sex with her before he was having sex with me! :-( I dumped him and I dumped her as my friend.
This has kind of screwed up my life and I have some trust issues now, but if you hadn't encouraged me to do the right thing I might have forgiven him and stayed in that relationship! That probably would've killed me by now. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I guess it's easy to read this situation, because it happens to so many of us. I actually was in a relationship with someone that I was very much in love with, and he cheated on me one of my closest cousins. (He didn't know I would find out, because he didn't know she was related to me. I never blamed her, because she didn't know we were together)
But anyway. Therapy has been in talks for awhile. I just feel like I might be emotionally devastated from what has already happened to me, and I risk ruining my perfect relationship based on how others have treated me. I am so scared that this too will turn out just as the others did. I am going to take the necessary steps to correcting it, though. If I keep letting my insecurities get the best of me, I will probably NEVER have a healthy relationship with anyone.
I just need to keep telling myself that I'm too STRONG to hurt the love of my life simply because an ex hurt me. Thank you and Rahzie for your responses. I am very appreciative!

Actually, according to a CDC pamphlet on HIV/AIDS:
"...that drying of even these high concentrations of HIV reduces the number of infectious viruses by 90 to 99 percent within several hours."
Which would mean that it takes more than 20 seconds for the cells to dry and die. As long as the cells are alive, the virus is alive is what I have been reading. Our cells can live outside of the human body for several days even. I have no idea if it was 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day, etc. from the time someone else had used the toilet paper. HOURS of drying the cells before you get the 90 to 99 percent chance of no HIV/AIDS? Sounds extremely risky to me based on these facts...
Why would you tell me to risk my life by skipping the STD test? I mean, you know what else may be on that toilet paper and who may have used it...
Wouldn't it be the wisest thing to get the test even if you THINK there MIGHT not be a possibility of infection? This is my health and my life...that's all I'm saying...
