ok so im matured (and beyond ;)) but i still havent had my period. my friend has and shes like "oh you shave your armpits? i dont have to yet" nd all this other stuff like so shes not matured as much as me but yet i KNOW she has it! hmmmmm. . .?

Getting your period is not that big of a deal. It sucks, to tell you the truth. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Some girls don't even get their period until they're a senior in high school.

i know its seems like untill u get your period everybody gets it first, that not the truth. you will get your soon, trust me.and when you do you'll fiind out that having your period means your becoming a woman, but it is a lot of work too not to get to emonial. don't stress over it. if will come before u know it.

Everyone is different. Your friend is mature in different ways than you are and vice versa. You will get it soon, don't worry. :)

Girls bodies have certain changes at different times. While your friend has her period already, her body still has more maturing yet to do, as does yours. Since you're only 13, I wouldn't be really concerned about your period. For some women, it can come as late as 17. For now be glad that you don't have to be bothered by cramps, aches, bloating, and pads yet. If it really bothers you that you haven't got your period yet, you could see your doctor for a check-up just to make sure everything is on track.

just wait! you start about 1 to 2 years after you begin to get breasts...and about 6 months to a year after you need to start shaving your armpits. i don't know if you actually need to shave your armpits...but if you do, then you should start soon

It doesn't really matter. It's nothing to stress over. Everyone develops at their own individual pace. Just because you might not have commenced your cycle yet, does NOT mean someone else is MORE "mature" than you are. It just means you HAVE NOT STARTED YET, plain and simple. If anything, people should be JEALOUS that YOU don't have to put up with some of the hassles and annoyances of being a female and THEY do! :D

It realy dosent matter if your matured or not.Its your body when it is ready for you to have your period your goning to have it.Your still young so you got alot of time.So dont worry it may come soon.

uh... i wouldnt worry about it. You'll get your perod within the next week or so... i wouldnt get too excited about it though its not very fun. so what if she isnt at the same maturity level as you? dont try to arise problems if she is your freind...

Hey everyone has there own time of having thier period. My friend is like taller than god knows and she is matured and beyond and she didnt get it untill she as 16. Dont worry you will get it eventually your only 13, its realy nothing to worry about unless you dont get it untill your 18.
