It can actually be a good sign your getting ready to start your period if you want to be prepared for it. You basically just have to resist the urge to go overboard. A candy bar won't do much harm, but if your eating 10 ya need to stop it! When the urge hits go do something else. Walk, run, take a shower, talk on phone...something like that. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

Even if you decide to eat chocolate and what not, you can always exercise because I heard it's good for the menstrual flow. Sounds weird, I know, but hey, you can still keep fit! And drink lots of water. I'm not sure I really helped there, and I'm sorry if I didn't, but I hope I did! Good luck hun! xOxOx [ x0xbrunettebabex0x's advice column | Ask x0xbrunettebabex0x A Question ]

Eat other things that trigger your sweet tooth, like fruits, juice, etc. If you still want chocolate, try having an assortment of fruit with a chocolate fondue. For the salty part, try kettle corn. It's delicious, and low in fat :) [ mylinhthan's advice column | Ask mylinhthan A Question ]
