Ok, I just learned that my boyfriend has had sex with ohter girls before we started to date. I dont want to do anything with him, but I just feel so disgusted. Im 14, and He's 15 and I cant believe he would do that. Im afraid of what he might try to do to me. He's hasnt ever tried anything before but I cant help to feel disgusted, my friend thinks I can do better than him and give him up since he lied to me so much, but I stil love him. If he disgusts you then I guess breaking up is what you do. However, if all this happened before you even started dating him I don't see what it matters. Doesn't mean you have to do anything with him. If you ever should a condom is an absolute must. If you love him, forget about it. Let him know you aren't ready for sex yet and forget what happened with him before you started going out with him. :)

I suppose if you really wanna you can do it. I think you should really care for the guy first.
You could get herpes if he has that. If not then you'll be okay as far as that goes. Herpes will look like sores on his penis. Doubtful he has it but that's what you'd look for. Just make sure its something you really want to do. If he's never had it before then don't worry about getting it right and all that if that's whats scaring you...he isn't gonna care a bit. :)

i've been playing softball since i was about 4 (T-ball then) and now im 13. i recently tried out for a travel team, but didnt make it. i've always been a great athlete and great softball player. im totally upset i didnt make it. what can i do to make me get over the fact that i didnt make it? .. ps - im gonna go to mostly all the games because my twin sister made it. please help. its kinda stupid but ive always been told not to cry about little things like this :-/ (link)

Oh go ahead and cry. It isn't much but it helps sometimes just to cut loose! Is there another team you can try out for? If so do it. Just play for the fun of it. You'll probably make it next time, you just had a bad try out this time. :)

I had something about this about 2-3 months ago.
I have this huge cat scratch on my nose & its just in 2 lines... I think its scared... but I was wondering how I could get rid of this scar & how long it would take?

scars are usually here to stay I'm afraid. You could try putting some foundation makeup or powder over it. That might hide it somewhat. :)

Something like that takes some time to get over. Why don't you just try playing something calmer.
Learn some card games or do puzzles. You can still have fun, you'll just have to have a different kind of fun. The main thing is that your mom is okay now! :)

But the problem is I don't know how to ask for it. My dad is so completely clueless when it comes to me & my mother is not around. You do just that. Tell him straight out that you want help with your depression. No need to go to a special doctor, your family doc will be fine.
If he doesn't listen maybe a grandparent, aunt or uncle can help you get through to him. :)

It is hard to do but it can be done if you really try hard. You just have to stop and think before you say anything. Count to 10, take a deep breath and just try talking out whatever is bothering you instead of blowing a gasket every time. Good luck! :)

I'm going to summer school so i have to pack my lunches once again. They don't sell any lunches, unfortunately because i would sometimes buy my lunch so i didn't really face this problem.
?- are there any good substitues to the boring sandwich that i can easily prepare for sack lunches?

You can pack a salad or whatever floats yer boat!
Just get one of those things that you throw in the freezer and put it in with your lunch to keep it cold. :)

Right now, there is thunder and lightning outside and my dog is freaking out. He is a 2 year old Shih-tzu. I'm trying to calm him down by talking to him and cuddling him but he just keeps shaking and panting and crying. He is shaking so bad it's making this hard to type. Does anyone know of a good way to calm my dog down a bit more? I feel so bad that I can't do anything else for him. =( (link)

I had a shih-tzu and he did the same. He was so scared he would follow me everywhere when it stormed. He was scared but was also constantly looking out the window! I think you did the best thing. Keep him close to you during storms. Mine dog died this year and I sure do miss him...especially when it storms :( enjoy your little dog! :)

I have a dog named Smokey. It's a girl. She was suposed to have leg surgery because she tore a legiment or something, but now she is walking better. Should she still have surgery? (link)

Sometimes injuries get better...but they don't go away completely. She might be doing good now but re hurt herself easily. I think she will probably need to have the surgery anyway. Your vet will know for sure when he checks her out. :)

Well milk makes my cat run for the litter box...if we're lucky she makes it! I thought milk was okay for cats but was recently told that wasn't right.
Cats are like anything else. If you want to see whats inside then an X-ray is what it gets.
If you want an expert opinion though drop a line to selectopaque if she doesn't answer here. She's a vet tech student and would give you the best advice of all. :)

Usually if a boy so much as talks to you its a pretty safe bet that he likes you. It sounds like this guy likes you. Why don't you want to talk to him? Well, at least give him a big smile next time you catch his eye. He may be looking for a sign from you that he has a chance. Guys can be nervous about talking to girls too. Especially 13 year old guys! Good luck :)

Okay... so I have this friend (jessica) and she is starting to talk to my ex boyfriend again. I really have no problem with it because I'm completely over him and have found somebody MILLIONS times better, but I do have ONE tiny problem. He is an a hole. You know the orginal a hole. Anyways... he used to pressure me into things and I know he's going to do it to her. I just don't want to see her getting hurt because she is my BEST friend. Jessica went out with him once, and since then has had sex and a very good relationship but... she's moving back to Ohio. So, I'm afraid that she'll think it's okay since she's did stuff before when really ... I think all that he wants is just to get her in bed. I could be wrong, but I dont' want to risk the chance... I do think you should tell her what she might expect. Be careful though that she doesn't think you're jealous about it. Talk it out with her and tell her you just don't want her getting hurt. :)

Ok....well me and my friends are really tight and all (thats what i thought) but like i like one of my friends more then a friend and no one knows that besides my bf Tashnique. And yesturday my sister and her friend were in the lunch room when i was in there and i went to go say Hi and this EX friend named Sade' told the guy i like to say "your sisters better then you" and "id rather go out with your sister then you" and all that and he did and then my best friend was like "Sade' told him to say that" and i was like "f**k her!" and then shes always talking behind my back but shes like "you need to stop talking behind people's backs" and i was like wtfe and me and my bff dont like her anymore. I don't think I'd be calling Sade' my friend anytime soon. She's just plain being mean. My advice is to no longer be friends with her. You don't need to have the aggravation of worrying what she's gonna be doing next. :)

You need to learn to say NO! Just tell her the truth. Tell her you need to get your school work done and a 2 year old is just to much to handle while trying to do your school work. I'm sure she could understand that. If you know of someone else who might be interested...maybe a high school or Jr high student ask them about it and then give the neighbor their number. I hope that helps you out some. :)

ok... so i know this is going to be one of the dumbest things you've ever heard... but... my best friend.. idk she doesnt make me feel very good.. she does things that cause me to cut myself.. and she steps all over me.. i bend over backwards to try and make sure she's happy and everything.... but she just doesnt seem to appreciate me.. i'm a really pure hearted girl.. and it's gotten to the point where she could slap me and say she hated me and i'd still love her.. kinda like when you hear about those guys that beat there wives and they stick arond and dont rat on there husbands.. i know its dumb.. but idk... im not happy in life... she's made me weak and insecure... she swore she hated this girl amanda....those two hated eachother for the longest time... and now its like nothing happened and they're best friends again.... i hate it.. and all of my friends say to just forget my bf because she isn't worth it.. but no one understands how hard that is for me..... i know i shouldnt stick around... but gosh.. its so dang confusing.. please help me anyone!

Why do you feel the need to hang out and be best friends with someone who makes you so miserable? There are so many other people out there who would be your friend and not treat you like a door mat. You really need to work on your self esteem and realize that you do not deserve to be treated that way. Demand some respect! :)

I'm not gonna make fun but, you can't pick the people your friends like. It will only turn them against you in the end. If Sally is that mean then they will see that for themselves soon enough. Just be as polite as you can be in the meantime. :)
