You could get herpes if he has that. If not then you'll be okay as far as that goes. Herpes will look like sores on his penis. Doubtful he has it but that's what you'd look for. Just because he says he has never had head before doesn't mean he's telling the truth. If you really want to give him head then you should tell him to get checked-out at the doctors first because you never know what STD he might have.
