I have a really bad cramp, im my stomach area. I've had it for the past week and said nothing about it.
I've stoped eating greasey foods like steak and went for chicken and lower greasy foods.

when you buy a mini ipod do you have to charge it?? does the charger come with it or do u have to but it seperatly??
yes you have to charge it and it comes with a usb cord which is hte charger..which means you need to charge it while you get on the computer.

im asking this question personally because i really like your advice. =) also because i need this kind of fast because its about tonight. i have 2 good friends, but i this summer i have done A LOT more stuff with one friend than the other, idk why. i guess its because more of the plans work out. well, that made the friend that im not doing as much stuff with sad and jealous i guess. i told her we might be able to do something tomorrow, but i remembered that me and the friend that i do stuff with alot already had plans. =/ i dont want to be mean and tell her she cant come over because i have plans with the other girl. i really want to do what me and my friend have plans for. i dont want to bail out on her. idk what to do cause somehow the sad friend will find out that i'm doing something and be even more sad, or maybe even mad at me. =(

Well....I have a little problem. Ok I really like this boy, and we're good friends, but I want to be more. I'm shy beyond belief. I don't know what to do. I want to tell him how I feel but I don't know how. I can't come out and say it, thats not my style. I really belief that he may like me too, but im not 100% sure. I don't know how I can make myself sure enough to ask him. And The closest step I've taken is asking him to hang out. My friends think they uderstand what is going on, but it...it just isn't as easy as they make it seem. To my friemds feelings are somthing they can shout out and not care who hears, including the one it involves. But for me, its diffrent, i've always hidden whats inside, so what do I do? and dontsay take a dive and tell him. That wont help.

well my advice is if you think he likes you and your to shy to tel him you can either wait for him to ask you out or flirt with him subtle flirting like looking at him across the room look him in hte eye when hes talking, laugh when hes around, smile when hes around...he figure it out.

Heyy! Right now I'm 16 and I'll get my license in a couple months (I was lazy and didnt get my permit until I was 16... bad idea!) anyways, I'm getting a silver kia spectra and I cant stand the silver color! especially with the grey interior.... yuck! ive never made out or kissed a guy or anything. im not prude, ive just never really been in that situation. people tell me all the time that im pretty, i was a model, i am not a bitch, and i dont understand why guys dont like me or anything. it just seems like everytime i meet a guy i dont have a chance to do anything. i met a guy on vacation that i really liked and he liked me, but i met him on the last night i was there. stuff like that always happens and guys at my school dont ask girls out because theyre all idiots. i go to a private school and theres like 100 people in my grade. 300 people in the high school. i dont really hang out with my school friends over the summer. how can i meet guys??? this is seriously pathetic and dont tell me that i just have to wait for the "right" guy. im sick of waiting and i dont want to be a sophomore in highschool without ever even kissing a guy...helpp
