You have many options here: It's well known that regular physical activity helps reduce cramping, so there's an idea. You could also try taking a warm bath and using aromatherapy. Applying a heating pad on your lower abdomen or back should do wonders. If you don't have a heating pad, you can make one by simply filling a sock with rice and heating it in the microwave for a few minutes [must sound silly, but if the cramps get bad enough, it just might be worth it]. Also, have you been taking medication? Are you female? Many women start taking pills around the clock from the time their cycle starts, until it ends. Any pain killer will do, but I reccommend Ibuprofen, Extra Strength Advil or Midol -- it's also best to take medication will a meal, that way the risk of stomach discomfort is slimmed. A week is a prettie long time. If this persists, I suggest telling a parent, if possible.. [: ]
well drink alot alot of water because we are normally supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day, although i am not telling you to drink that much everyday, just drink alot of water and it will help your greasy food problem and when your just bored and not actually hungry drink water it helps alot! ]

Maybe you are about to get your period if so then take Midol...but you have to consult a doctor because something could be up with your health. ]
i get them too alot, talk to your mom about it and go to the doctors and let them see whats going on with your stomach, it could turn out to be something serious. ]
go to a drug store and get Nauzene. it helped me ]
If its been a week and still hurts tell mom.
Have her take you to a doctor because you really shouldn't have to suffer with it any longer.
It may be something really simple that a doctor can help you with.
Feel better soon. :) ]

you should tell your mom or someone and try to lay on a heating pad. ]
Well you may have licked half of the problem. If greasy foods often led to the cramps you may have an intolerance to them and or ulcers like I did a few weeks back. If you cannot keep foods down you will need stomach ant-acids to get your system back online. This issue can either be ulcers or gallbladder with you. Make an ER visit if it does not stop. It probably is not your appendix because those pains are in different areas. I think it warrents a doctor's visit. ]
