KatLynn answered Wednesday September 28 2005, 9:45 pm: Getting your hair chemically straightened doesn't cost that much. It's under 100 bucks depending on were you get it done and it lasts about 3 months depending on your hair. Yeah, that asian straightening shit costs more but regular chemical straightening does not. MeadowLark answered Wednesday September 28 2005, 8:48 pm: I know how much you want your hair to just stay straight even when its wet but the only way to do that is to spend a couple hundred dollars about every 5 months ad get it chemically straightened. I know it sounds like a gift from god but it destroys your natural hair and gives you split ends, its hard to keep your hair healthy. Think of it this way, the reason its straight after you chemically straighten it enough times, is because its dead. The chemicals start to dull your hair too. I'm sorry, but if you ever need tips on keeping your hair straight through a little humidity or something let me know. [ MeadowLark's advice column | Ask MeadowLark A Question ]
