I went out with this guy last night, and I thought things really went great. He kept putting his arms around me, kissing me, holding my hand, etc. We had a really good time, and toward the end of the night he asked me if I wanted to hang out the next night (which would be tonight). So when we were leaving he walked me to my car and kissed me good bye and said he'd text me. So I went home, didn't hear from him all night which I figured would happen because he went out with his friends. I woke up early this morning, and around 12 I still hadn't heard from him, so I texted and asked if he still wanted to get together. He didn't respond. So when I got home around 2, I called, and he'd been sleeping. Alright, no big deal. So I asked if he wanted to get together and said I wanted to see him and he said "I really want to see you as well but I'm pretty busy tonight." Then when I called him around 9, he was just dog-sitting. I don't know what to think. What does this mean? Did he cancel on me or did he just get busy?
I doubt that he was dog-sitting, he probably decided to hang out with his guy friends instead or something to that effect, but in the future it's not a good idea to call him twice and text him once in a day. I understand that you called the first time around 10 am, which is fine, but after that, let him call you back/chase you. Don't bother calling or texting him for the next three days. If he texts you within the next three days, act like you may be busy. This will want him to chase you and think about you. After this then hang out with him.

My Boss has always been really rude with me from the beginning, and now I'm on the verge of being fired soon. I just think I should resign from the job because I feel terrible by the end of my workshift (please read my additional notes, so I can explain in detail).
If I were you I would quit your job for a number of reasons.
1. It's too much stress on you for whatever you are doing that isn't satisfying what she wants. (I'm not saying you are doing anything wrong, but boy is your boss a bitch)
2. After having my first job, I was in your same position with one of my assistant managers. He would scream at my coworkers and make them cry during their shift. They didn't do anything wrong! It would be little things such as a wrong drink came out of the bar and it wouldn't even be there fault (it was the bartender's fault) eventually this particular assistant manager got fired because my coworkers called the corporation of my business to complain.
3. You are going to need recommendations when you are older! Based on your story, your boss is not going to give you one.
4. It sounds like she will fire you soon, making it even harder for you to find a better job.
However, if you really really want to keep your job (which I suggest you don't, you may want to do a couple of things)
1. Call your job's corporation and complain to them about your boss. (Trust me it makes a huge difference)
2. Go in to your work (when your not on the clock and you call before hand to see if you can talk to your boss/manager.) Explain to them that you are trying your best, and what you can do in order for her to be satisfied with what your doing (something to that effect).

Trust me, he's putting on a mask for you. Every girl has been through this. The guy will say and do anything (pay for your meal, etc), but knowing he has another girl on the side, he would just do the same to you if you guys ever got close. In the long run it's not worth it, because then you will end up developing more feelings for him. I am looking to get good grades this year in school. Usually I am an A-B student but I'd like to try to make straight As this year in school. I was hoping that somebody has some tips for getting better grades, or maybe even a top 10 ways list to get straight As. Anything would help though, really.
Well, just graduating high school this past year, I can definitely give you advice. I am actually a C student, but I ended up getting A's without trying very hard here's why
1. After school hours, the teacher knows that you really care about that class
2. Ask questions, that shows your paying attention and you are serious about the class
3. Ask the teacher how they are doing, how their placing their fantasy football teams (eg) because then if your on a boarder line between B+ A- they will give you the A- because you are a nice person (trust me :)
4. Don't procrastinate, I know it is so tempting, but just right down goals you have, in this case, receiving A's and look at them if you start feeling unfocused, and if you do, have cheese and crackers (weird, I know, but their is some chemical in the cheese that keeps you more steady and focused)
5. Come in with a positive attitude to class, and talk to your teacher about the next chapter you are learning, before you learn it, they will KNOW that you are a committed student.
6. Make a schedule. (Yeah your probably thinking, that you won't stick with it, but try once a week to stick with it) During the next few weeks, your brain will automatically do your schedule on another day and then add it on to another day, etc, etc.
7. Look online for other opinions or resources (just don't use their ideas), but in English class if you are reading a poem and don't understand it, try to guestimate what they are talking about, why you thought that, and then see what others think about it and why and explain your reflection to your teacher

Don't worry the same thing happened for me, it takes about two weeks to heal (make sure you use orajel or some sort of cold sore medication) Also after taking sex education, STDs don't show up for another six weeks after the sexual activity that happened. Everyone gets coldsores it's nothing unusual even though it is considered "a form of herpes", but even babies get cold sores. I have gotten spray tans before, one just a couple of weeks ago. People in my school noticed I got a spray tan, but honestly, I thought it looked good, besides the fact that it was kinda blotchy (but I didn't rub in the stuff very well) There's three types of levels. When I look in the mirror, I hate what I see. I think I am one of the most disgusting looking people on this planet. The boys in my school don't make this any better either. I have been in the same footsteps (those type of comments, situations, etc) The fact of the matter is, guys at that age will act like that for attention or sometimes they want YOU to pay attention to them. For over a year now I have seen a psychiatrist and psychologist to help me get my life back together because I can't stand the way I look. I see pictures of other girls and my friends because I wish I had blonde hair & blue eyes. The fact of the matter is I don't. I also have to take medication so my "bi-polar (ism)" isn't as bad as it was. Some of it has to do with hormones. My advice to you is to see a therapist, that really put my life back into shape and I'm sure it will have the same affect on you. Also when you wake up in the morning, I find it really helps if you look in the mirror and say positive remarks like I look gorgeous today. Soon enough you will actually start to believe it. It will take time so be patient, but feel it, even if it is just for a second, and your day will become a lot better.

I have the same exact eye shadow, only in purple. It looks dark, but when you put it on it looks so much lighter. I was really disappointed because when I put on a dark purple eye shadow, it looked like I threw on some child eye shadow on me that was a weird mix between a dark pink and light purple, try a different brand. ps, I had to throw my eye shadow away cause it looked so bad.
