Just because he says he has never had head before doesn't mean he's telling the truth. If you really want to give him head then you should tell him to get checked-out at the doctors first because you never know what STD he might have. It is better to be 100% postive then to be regreting it later on when YOU are the one with the herpes, cold sores, etc. on your mouth.

They wont care. It's basically the same as shaving your face or legs. Your basically just trying to keep yourself well groomed and clean.
