That's really tough to be in that situation. The sad thing is, there is nothing you can do to stop people talking. Kids are like that, they'll talk and be callous and mean when they latch on to a piece of gossip.
Hold your head high. You might feel like hiding and trying to apologise for what you did, but that will not get you anywhere. People will only jeer more if they sense you are embarassed and ashamed, as this means that their bullying is working. Ignore the gossip as best you can. Don't rise to any bait if people jeer at you. The best thing to do is be proactive. You don't have to actually ask him out if that makes you feel weird and too forward (although there's no reason why it should!), but you can try being playful and flirty with him, and see how he reacts. OK...i noticed this horrible odor and after awhile i discovered it was coming from my vagina! Ughh its disgusting. I know "they say" it smells down there if you eat certain foods like meat...i had a turkey sandwhich for dinner..could that be it? or could i have some kind of infection? It depends how strong the smell is. It's natural to have a scent, but if it's a particuarly strong or overpowering smell, this may be a sign of either poor hygeine or an infection. Allisonmarie has already given sensible advice about keeping clean, so I won't rehash it. I will say don't worry too much - many girls are self-concious about how they smell, but it probably isn't anywhere near as noticeable as you think it is. Go to a doctor if you are concerned, or if the smell is accompanied by an unusual discharge, but otherwise I'd say just concentrate on keeping clean and healthy down there and the smell should go away.

You should speak to a doctor and/or a dietician immediately, beacuse you shown signs of having an eating disorder - you are medically underweight (check out www.am-i-fat.com), so your perception of your weight is way off. This combined with your weight possibly suggests that you either have an eating disorder or are on your way to having one. You must speak to medical professionals who will help you to physically gain weight and mentally become healthy again in your perception of yourself. This may be a long and difficult process, but you need to start as soon as possible before your current weight does some serious long term health damage to your internal organs or your fertility. Wash your hair before you go to bed and put it into braids. How many braids you need depends on how thick your hair is. If you have relatively thin hair pigtails will suffice, but if you have thick hair it's better to divide your hair into four or more sections and braid each one. Doing french braids in the same way is also good for getting wavy hair. You can use products in your hair to help make the waves stay, but these aren't necessary - most hair types will hold waves pretty well if they are left like this overnight. Also, make sure your hair is completely dry before you take out the braids (hence why I advise doing it just before you go to bed, so you wake up and take them out) or the curls won't last very long. You have to weigh it up. On the one hand, it sounds like your attendance is quite important to your neighbour, and it's important to show your support, for her and her families sake. However, if you think you would find it really traumatic and frigtening, you shouldn't go. As others have said, there are other ways to show your support, and I'm sure your neighbour would understand that you just didn't feel able to cope with the situation. But I think if you can go, you should. It is never going to be particuarly pleasant, but if you can attend and pass on your condolences, the wake is the best time to do that.

It sounds to me like he didn't see you behind your friend, making it a genuine mistake on his part - if he had been deliberately ignoring you, it would make sense for him to continue his behaviour when you saw him at his car and when you spoke to him.
If you are still suspicious, probe him a bit more, but if you do believe his story don't let your friends comments get to you, and politely explain to them that it's all sorted out now. Your friends undoubtedly have your best interests at heart, but they're probably a little biased as they heard the story that he'd ignored you before they'd heard any explanation. If you tell them firmly that you believe your boyfriend (providing you do, of course) and it's sorted out, then hopefully they'll understand. Good luck!

Okay, this might sound stupid but here it goes: My friend is obsessed with the fact that I have a lot in common with her boyfriend. Whenever she brings up the subject, she'll call him and ask both of us what things we like, and if we say the same thing she'll scream and say that we're going to fall "madly in love." I've told her hundreds of times that he's going out with HER, and he obviously LIKES her! Just keep doing what you are doing, reassuring her that you aren't interested and your sure he isn't either. Hopefully if you repeat it often enough, she'll believe you. It might be worth trying to get to the bottom of why she's worrying - does she have low self-esteem and not believe she's worthy of her boyfriend, or does she not trust him to stay with her? Try talking to her about why she's so worried and hopefully this will both help her sort out her own head and take the focus of you and back on to her and her worries. Good luck!

im only 14 and about 3 days ago i got hit in the side of the face with a softball during warm up to a game... my mom took me to the doctor yesterday and he said that i had a concussion and to watch it closly because i might have a slow internal bleeding in my head... he said that if i started to act funny and get slurred speech and can barly walk that i probably need a cat scan to see what all happened for shure.. in the short time that ive have this the back of my head behind my ear has swelled up (i was hit in the front of the head) and i have really bad headaches... im getting to the point where i walk really slow and i almost fall over.. i scared of what will happen and when my friends found out they all started crying... the person who threw the ball that hit me in the head cant forgive herself and i dont know what to do.. i dont know whats gunna happen and i just need some help
It sounds like you should visit the doctor again, just to be on the safe side. Don't worry too much - the scan is only to check what's going on. I'm fifteen, female.
I get whistled at, hooted at from trucks, minorly harassed A LOT. It's harmless, and a little of it I have no problem with, but it gets annoying.
It's reeeeeeeally hot most of the time (I'm writing from Mexico, and I usually live in Southern California), so just covering up isn't an option, and it doesn't seem to help. I tried it one day when it was cool outside and got just as much unwanted attention as usual.
I've tried being a bit aggressive, but I don't know these people and most of the time they just laugh. Also, it doesn't stop it from happening the next time, which is all I really care about.
So, how can I stop guys from doing this? Is there anything I can wear that's nice and cool but utterly unflattering?
There is nothing you can easily do. I have found there is little pattern in what guys find 'honkworthy', so even wearing unflattering or heavy clothes doesn't deter some guys. I've been catcalled in my most unflattering outfits, including jogging bottoms reserved for cycling. In any case, why should you have to hide yourself away and be uncomfortable in the heat because of these guys? I'm sad to say it, because it's not something you should have to put up with, but unless something which is really offensive is actually said, it seems better to just hold your head high and ignore.
