You can google for tips on how to pleasure your boyfriend, but the best tip is to relax and do what feels natural to you. Ask you boyfriend to tell you what feels good as you are doing it, and you'll reach something that works for both of you.
The phrasing of your question concerns me somewhat though. This 'kid' - is he your boyfriend? Do you like him? Do you want to do this, or are you ambivalent and just being pressured into doing it? If you aren't interested in doing it or don't want to because you are scared, please don't feel you have to. It's your body and you should respect it.
