I was watching "True Hollywood Story" on Laci Peterson and could not finish watching and now I'm curious. If a man killed a woman who was pregnant but he did not know that the woman he killed was pregnant, would he be still accounted for double murder or a single murder? (link)

He would likely be tried for a double murder.
It may have something to do with how far along
a woman is, I'm not 100% sure. Scott Peterson
was charged with both his wife and unborn son.

Greetings everyone. My girlfriend (25) Just found out that her father is cheating on her all faithful mother. her parents in the late 40s. Her father is usually out of the country, but comes around like every other month, for a few days. His mistress is in the same town as his family, though, making it more painful. Don't blame yourself. I'm sure you didn't
do anything. Even if you did, she isn't
saying. Let her know you are one guy who

They mention in a song everybody wang chung
tonight...but I don't think it means anything
in particular. They claimed at the time it was

Can two kids: one boy and one girl go to the movies as freinds anymore??! Not according to my parents, they said one thing leads to another and i even assured them we were just friends.Trust me on this one, i would never ever think of my friend ted as anything more then a friend. Were like best freinds! But i dont think he will understand. My parents think im too young to be ging to the movues with boys alone. they said maybe a group of friends might work.

If thats the way they feel add another friend
or two and go as a group. You can still sit with your friend and everyone is happy.
I'm sure your friend will understand. Just
make like your parents are being WAY over
protective, joke it off.
Have you read some of the questions we get
on this site? You may not see your guy friend
as more than that. But young kids are doing
all kinds of sexual things together at very
young ages these days. It scares parents half
to death, as well it should! So your parents
are just trying to be responsible parents.
You'll look back at some point in your life
and realize they are doing the right thing.
Its sad that you have to pay the price for
how a good number of others your age are
behaving.

Sometimes when I get out of the shower I experience itching, on my legs and arms. It also happens whenever I'm finished shaving.. (I don't shave all the time.)

You are itching because the hot water
drys out your skin. After you dry off
lotion up! Its the best time to do it.
This time of year is particularly bad.
The heat is on inside the house and that
drys you out too.
Its the same with shaving. Dry skin
combined with razor burn. Just use
that lotion while your skin is still
soft from the shower and it should
help with most of the itching. :)

I agree you shouldn't settle for the ex
just to have a boyfriend.
Before going back ask yourself some serious
questions. Why did you break up in the first
place? Has that behavior changed? Do you want
to go back just because it is a comfortable
situation for you?
If nothing has changed, keep searching. :)

A man who was married lie to me that he is single and said he will marry me and plan to marry me, therefore one night we have intercourse.
Then, due to his personal matters done before, he was jailed for two weeks.
He did lie to me in the very beginning that the case was not a criminal case. In fact it was a criminal case and he was the offender of the case.
When i visit him during his imprisonment, i found that he was married and i met his wife and talk to her for 10 hours, in fact it was his wife helping him to find the victims like me, to "feed" her husband, she provide the account for him to lie that it was his bank account etc..
i loved him so much and he wrote a letter to me that he will marry me immediately if he can be discharged (since the 2 weeks' jail was not a defined time, it depends whether i can get letter of pleading from the person with good social status ). He and his wife both promise me so.
Unexpectedly, after i got five letters of pleading and this guy then discharged from the imprisonment, everything changed , all the promises from the man and his wife gone.
What should i do ? Please help me.... (link)

These two are scam artists. They use trusting
people like you. They used you to get what
they wanted not once but twice.
Since they are now free to scam another
innocent person. I think you should contact
the police in the town you live in. Explain
the whole thing to them. It may be
embarrassing having to tell them how you were
taken advantage of, but please, save someone
else from having to go through the same thing. :)

I recently got hired at a big retail company and my manager gave me a PACKET of paperwork to fill out...(I'm only 17 btw) Anyway, the paperwork includes W-4 forms, W-5 forms and the WOTC form? (Could anyone tell me what that is?) My parents don't really understand English so It's up to me to fill out this paper work on my own. Anyway, the packet she gave me has the 2007 W-4 forms...is this okay for me to fill out since this is 2008? Or should I go back to my manager and tell her that she gave me the wrong packet? Or is it okay if I still fill it out? I feel like I've bothered and called her enough...
Also, what is a WOTC form?

A W4 form tells your employer how much taxes
to take out of your check. You would be single.
No dependents. If you have a child you claim
him/her.
I don't know why you have to fill out a W5
unless you have a child. It is in case you
qualify for Earned Income Credit. You may
want to make sure that form is 2008 if you
need to fill it out.
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) promotes the hiring of individuals who qualify as members of target groups, by providing a federal tax credit incentive of up to $9,000 for employers who hire them. Basically, if your employer hires
you...He/she makes some extra money from the
government. :)

You need to set him down and talk to him.
I know it will be hard, but you need to
find out just how serious he is about
dating you.
Yes, guys do need time to hang out with
their friends. However, if he makes plans
with you, he shouldn't be breaking those
plans to hang out with his friends. That
is rude and inconsiderate. If he knows he
already has plans with you, he needs to
keep those plans, unless an emergency
comes up.
If he isn't willing to put you ahead of
the friends when plans have already been
made, you need to seriously decide if
you want to play second fiddle to his
friends. It sounds like he may be a
little to immature for a serious
relationship.

So this guy who I've liked forever is sending some crazy signals. I told him I liked him and he said he liked me too but didn't want a GF. He said to wait untill he did. I said I would. Then he tells me how beautiful I am and how he really wants to kiss me. I tell him I wanna wait before kissing him ebcause I wait my first kiss to be with a boyfriend. He said something about how he really wanted to still. Then the next day he was telling my friend how much he loves her and how he wants to date her. Sounds like he wants to date your friend,
He wants to just be friends with you.
He probably said he didn't want a
girlfriend to spare your feelings.
But he must be young because he didn't
even consider your friend would tell you
what he told her.
Some boys always want to kiss a girl, even
if they don't want to date them. At least he
was honest with you about it. There are
plenty of other guys out there. You'll
find the perfect guy for you soon. I don't
think this one is him. :)

i have cheer tryouts on tuesday- 5 days away. i had an apicoectomy (surgery to fix a failed root canal) 2 days ago, and im doing really well actually (for now)! my stitches will dissolve any day now. do you think i should be ok enough to do tryouts only a week after the surgery if im careful? dentist said i should be good, but hes not for sure. my tryouts do include flips and stuff by the way. what do you think? is it safe to do if im careful? ive worked so hard to get my skills refined for tryouts, i would be devastated if i cant do it because of my surgery, but my health does come first. opinions? thanks! i promise to rate you great for answering! =] (link)

What you should do is give your dentists
office a call and talk to his nurse.
Explain the situation and see what she
has to say about it. If they are busy she
may have to call you back, but she will.
I'm going to guess it will be ok to do.
My only concern would be if you are on
prescription pain meds. How will they
affect your balance and things like that.
Give the office a quick call.

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl and I still have never used a tampon. I'm really .. scared.. to try and I don't really know why. Everytime I do I kind of chicken out. I really need to learn because I am swimming soon and I need to be able to participate. They always gave me the creeps too.
There are a lot of good sites that
even include video on how to use them.
They can be difficult or impossible to
use if you are a virgin. The hymen
can prevent their use.
A lot of girls use them though, and
if you are going to be swimming you'll
need to at least give them a try. They
can be uncomfortable until you get
used to them. Don't let that discourage
you.

I'm on birth control and I've had some issues with spotting before but not when I'm nowhere close to my period. I had sex without a condom a week ago. I took my birth control on time. 2 days later i took it 40 minutes late on accident.

Since you have had issues with spotting before,
I doubt that you are pregnant. Taking your pill
40 minutes late one time isn't a big deal.
Some women experience spotting when they
are pregnant, but so do those who aren't.
Its not a symptom of pregnancy. If
you skip your period or have other
symptoms, then take the test.

When you become a celebrity I think its safe
to say that part of it is learning to live in
the spotlight you craved. Its the price you pay.
You can't want all this attention one minute
and expect those fans to turn it off when it
isn't convenient for you. Not saying celebs
shouldn't have some private life, but I doubt
that caused her melt down.
She was young when she started out. Her
popularity may have started to dwindle.
I don't know, I'm not a fan. But starting
that young, never knowing who is a true
friend and who just likes you for the fame
you might get them, Having every detail of
your life on the news with the world making
comments, may be to much for one her age.
It takes a mentally strong person to live
in that world.

What is wrong with guys...? Why are most guys that I meet immature jerks? Why do they feel the need to have a million girls at once and cannot commit to anything? Also why do guys act differently around their friends than around you and that their friends are sometimes more important.
I am asking this because my friends ex and his friends have been acting this way for a very long time and I just don't know why they think they can get away with it...it doesn't make any sense to me that this happens...

Assuming you are a young teen they are
acting that way because thats just the
way young male teens act.
Commitment to one person comes later in
life. When you are young you are supposed
to look around at different people. The
whole idea of young teens sticking like
glue to one person isn't really the way
its supposed to work. You are hunting for
that one special person. You need to date
more than one to see whats out there to
choose from.
Guys act differently around their friends
because they are comfortable with them.
Girls do the same. :)

Ok I'm in 8th grade and this boy I have been crushing on for awhile now has been talking to me as usual but I think he thinks of me more as a friend. I talk to him and we joke around and I am just confused on what to do. I know you hear these kind of things a lot but please help. I only have one class with him and thats the only time we usually talk. He asks me if he can borrow stuff and he has a nickname kinda thing for me. My school is year round so last trimester he use to always come up to me and leave his friends to talk to me. It seemed like he wanted to get to know me. But now it seems different. I mean we still talk but I think he doesn't like me the same way. I think he may like one of my other friends but I can't be sure. I can't really tell what my question is though. dating I'm going to guess that he just
isn't ready for the boyfriend/girlfriend
thing right yet. Now is the time to make
friends with those who might be more to
you in the future. He may like your friend
too.
Continue to talk to him and be friendly.
He does like you, so you already have an
advantage! If a movie comes along you would
like to see, ask mom if you can bring a
friend along and see if he'd like to go
with you. Not as a "date" really, just
friends going to a movie. It might get
him thinking more seriously about the two
of you. :)

There really isn't a lot you can do.
You could exercise and try to build some
muscle. It might make you appear to be a
little bigger than you are.
You could also check with your doctor.
More than likely you just have the same
body type as others in your family. :)

Heyy so i'm almost 16, and i've been having sex with my ex for about a year now. (The fact that we're exes who are still monogamous, and love each other is a WHOLE different issue :-/) Anyway, i'm a really tiny girl, underweight but only because of my FAST metabolism. I eat fine and lots! I have small breasts, an A...The thing is, i have a high sexual desire and all but I dont get my period. I've gotten it once, about 7 months ago.
So I wonder, can i still get pregnant? My...ex...and i are fairly careful, but we both have strict parents and dificulty accessing protection, so the 'pull-out' method has been used several times (against my better judgement but in the moment...*sigh*). I'd be relieved to hear my chances of pregnancy are at least...reduced?
As a side note, i did just get a useful supply of condoms, and have them well hid and ready!

If your not having your period your chances
of getting pregnant are reduced. As nice as
is is not to have one though, you should
probably see a doctor about it.
Now, the only problem with trusting this
is...You could start ovulating at any time.
You could technically get pregnant, not
knowing this, before even having a period.
So continue to use caution. But chances
are greatly reduced. :)
