at 14 i don't think you need to worry about it, most girls i know didn't start filling out until they were 16-18, and even then some took longer. my point is don't try to just gain weight now, because in a few years you may get some without even trying, then you'll be bigger than you wanted and have a whole new problem.

and a girl being "slim" has never made me or any other man think she was unattractive(usually quite the opposite), so you need to stop worrying about it so much. ^_^

There really isn't a lot you can do.
You could exercise and try to build some
muscle. It might make you appear to be a
little bigger than you are.

You could also check with your doctor.
More than likely you just have the same
body type as others in your family. :)

To find the best answer is talk to your doctor but if you can`t get to him there is other things to do.
Food
increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. You need to eat healthy foods in big amounts. Not saying stop the junk food just don`t eat it non-stop. You could also try a protein shake to give you some calories in a healthy way.
Exercising
Don`t stop it. Just don`t do the Cardio part. Build muscles. Do push ups and sit ups and weightlifting
Don`t go to a gym and work out on those bikes or treadmills. Go straight to the weight section.!
Thats all i can think of!
Hopefully it works for you

maybe you have a fast matabilism and in this case its not staying anywhere I cant say exactly what to do but maybe stop excersising for a while and see if that makes a difference i think being 14 and having a size 3 is really small for your age maybe go see your doctor to and ask him whats up with your body
