ok i need help all my life i've never gotten bigger never grown a booty i stayed skinny all my life i eat more than many of the "thicker" girls but i still dont gain weight im tired of people calling me anorexic and skinny mini and people passing judgement on me because of my size im 14 and im a size 3 i have really nice and thick thighs but no legs or booty help!!
and a girl being "slim" has never made me or any other man think she was unattractive(usually quite the opposite), so you need to stop worrying about it so much. ^_^ [ bulldog's advice column | Ask bulldog A Question ]

You could exercise and try to build some
muscle. It might make you appear to be a
little bigger than you are.

Food
increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. You need to eat healthy foods in big amounts. Not saying stop the junk food just don`t eat it non-stop. You could also try a protein shake to give you some calories in a healthy way.
Exercising
Don`t stop it. Just don`t do the Cardio part. Build muscles. Do push ups and sit ups and weightlifting
Don`t go to a gym and work out on those bikes or treadmills. Go straight to the weight section.!
Thats all i can think of!
Hopefully it works for you [ byebyebf's advice column | Ask byebyebf A Question ]
BitterSweet answered Thursday March 27 2008, 11:43 am: maybe you have a fast matabilism and in this case its not staying anywhere I cant say exactly what to do but maybe stop excersising for a while and see if that makes a difference i think being 14 and having a size 3 is really small for your age maybe go see your doctor to and ask him whats up with your body [ BitterSweet's advice column | Ask BitterSweet A Question ]
