hey sorry if this is dumb or long but i went out with this guy for seven months (don't get the wrong idea we didn't talk or anything and never saw each other so we never broke up) but finally he got his friend to ask if we could just be friends. but the problem is that was about a year ago (last january or december) and i haven't talked to him since this summer. when we were going out he'd always say goodbye with one of those :-* smiley faces and then last time i talked to him he did that when he had to leave but said lol after it. i don't know if that means maybe he still wants to be friends or something but i still would like to talk to him evey so often atleast but how should i go about doing that? alot of my friends hate him and he knows it and would it be awkward if i just started talking to him? because i don't want him do be wierded out or anyhting.

Talk to him.Can't really see why you wouldn't.
Boy's usually won't talk to you if they don't like you. He may have lol'd the smiley because he was remembering it from before. Just keep in touch with him and see what happens.

You don't have to stop liking him. You don't have to have him as a boyfriend either.If you want to stay friends it's perfectly ok to do so.
If you want to date him then that's okay too. Just tell him you'll try it for awhile and if it doesn't work out you want to stay friends. If things just don't feel right about it, then stop dating before it gets ugly and you will be fine.

ok.. right now i have a very small quantity of friendds... and my one BEST BEST BEST friend... well she's friends with my boyfriend and they're both on the same bus... so they spend a lot of time together... but i don't see my boyfriend as much as she gets to and yea im jealous of that because they are really tight... so she walks with me and him into school and thats like the only time i get to see him... and i never get to spend time alone with him in person cauz she's always there... and she knows i don't like that she always has to be there cauz ive talked to her about it... so now i wait for him at his locker in between 8th period and 9th period but only every other day cauz of my schedule.. and my friend got mad that i wasn't gonna wait with her anymore and i explained to her that i never really get to see him and i really wanna see him and she was like "so!!! i want you to wait with me!" but i said no! so today i was waiting at his locker and he came over and then my friend was right behind him... and she's like "Whats up?" and i got sooo upset because she always has to be there... and when some reason... when she's around i get really shy in front of my boyfriend and i don't say much and i don't know why... so she walked with us in the halls and he was barley talking to me... because me and him are both REALLY shy and since we don't get to see eachother alot... its hard for us to have a good conversation in person... but online... we talk for hours... so i got really upset and wouldn't talk to anyone for the rest of the day and i wanna talk to her about it... but i don't want her to get all upset because i value my time with my boyfriend since its very limited and i don't want her wasting it!!! im just sooo furious... please help... sorry its sooo long

It's kind of hard to have boyfriends at your age.This is a perfect example of why!
First, don't be jealous of your friends being friends. If he wanted her he had plenty of time to ask her before you right? He didn't he picked you.
second,about the only places non drivers can go are school and home. Friends are everywhere. So, unless you have him to your place for dinner or something (no girlfriends allowed) you probably won't get much alone time. Invite him, not her.Tell her you want him to yourself for a change.

Ok I just found out that the camp that I will be attending for 2 weeks over the summer won't let you have ANY electronic equipment. That includes hair dryers/ hair straightners. I have very frizzy, poofy, thick, wavy/ curly hair, and the ONLY way to make it look respectable and decent is to straighten it. I look extremely terrible without doing this, like it is almost so bad that you cannot imagine.
My question is if anybody knows any products to put on your hair to STRAIGHTEN it. I have tried this straightening shampoo, but it didn't work. Does anyone know something that will actually straighten it (NOT just relax it)? I know about the frizz ease stuff, but that doesn't straighten.

For one thing getting married at 16 is not a good idea. I think you know this and it is clouding your ability to have a good time. Put the wedding plans on hold for now and see if things don't go back to being like they were.

I don't know her so I can't say for sure why she would want to change. People do it everyday!
You will have to ask her why if you want to know. Is she no longer speaking to you? Are you sure she's really changed or has your perception of her changed?
I'm willing to bet that (unless she has suddenly became a drug user) she is the same as always, just dresses a little diffrent.Maybe she's tired of being judged for her looks and just wants to look diffrent. Talk to her okay? Don't let what she's wearing bother you so much.

1) This is not unusual.really.
2)Discharge is causing the crustiness. It sounds like an infection. This needs to be treated by a doctor soon so it does not get worse.
3) A lot of girls get awful cramps.The heating pad and med should have worked.Since you need to get breast infection checked anyway, be sure to mention that neither remedy did you any good.
4)This doesn't sound real normal either, but an infection in one part of your body can affect other parts.
You might want to cut down on salt when you have your period.It causes water retention and could make your cramps worse.You might also wear your bra even overnight during that time,if they get tender. Kind of keeps them from moving around so much.
Hope that helped some.I know you don't want the old go to the dr advise but, infections are nothing to mess with. They can effect other parts of your body. Tell mom the deal and get her input too.okay?:)

I don't know what possesses people to invite people over without parent's permission.Do you know that if someone get's hurt your parent's could be held liable for that? They could be sued and lose everything they have? That would affect you as well by the way.
As you can see I am not intimidated by ones.

I think my parents went through my purse! I came home last night and my purse was on my bed and it was opened! They really should have told you that they would be checking through your things on occasion if they were going to.But, you live in their house and they do have that right.Even if you are up to nothing!
You need to talk with them. Maybe you've been shutting them out latley? Not saying you have but maybe they are feeling a little left out of what's going on with you.As a result they may wonder if there could be a reason...besides just being a teenager!
Just have a talk.Tell them you found your purse opened and that's not how you left it.Do have have brother or sisters? They could be the culprits as well.
