Now, to answer your question. It depends on your religious beliefs first of all. Seeing as how I'm not Christian and I don't follow any of the Abrahamic books and i don't believe int he concept of Hell (even if I did) I don't think its a sin. Theres nothing wrong with masturbating, in my point of view, unless you do it in front of nuns, small children, you're masturbating TO small children, or you're doing it in public. The point of masturbating is to not only stimulate the sexual organs, but do what feels right. So, yeah, you can just touch the lips of your vagina, if thats what turns you on or you can also put things on your vagina. I'll try not to go into too much detail. Why should you hold your sexual feelings deep down inside? That only causes sexual repression.
