I have open sores in my mouth and I'm embarrassed to kiss. How can I heal theses sores ASAP? My friend is having a party tomorrow and there will be guys. So,please help and give me ideas on how to get rid of them..fast. Even if it is temporary. Thanks in advance! (link)

ALUM. It's a pickling spice. Don't use a bunch just a little. Warning: VERY sour. But it works right now.
Have you had the open sores checked byb a doctor. If they arent canker sore's they could be something more serious. So you really need to get them checked.

I've been looking into several ways to remove hair from my legs and underarms. One of my friends suggested using Depillatory Cream. (Such as Nair, Veet, etc) My question is, does this really work? And is it safe for underarms? What brand or product do you suggest? And how long does the hair stay off? (link)

I've used nair with good results. Even though I think it stinks! Smells like a perm! But, it does last longer than shaving. For me anyway.:)

today in lacrosse practice we were running up and down metal bleachers when my leg caught a corner. the cut is a little deep but my friend put peroxide on it and a bandaid. when i got home, i changed the bandage. now i just took a shower and put bacitraycin plus on it but it looks red around the cut. does this mean its infected? if so what do i do (besides see a doctor)?? it's gonna be red a couple of days. If you start getting a red streak going up your leg or it gets all yellow and gross looking you will need to see a doc.
Sounds like you're doing everything you can at home for now. I would leave it uncovered some during the day so it will dry up some. Don't know how long it will take to heal. Depends on how deep it is. Nobody will pay it much attention. So don't worry about it.:)

this girl named bethany has asked me to borrow my clothes, come over to my house, go to the movies, the mall and suddenly im her friend. i dont have a problem with it but i was on a 3 way call with my friend monique and bethany was on to only she didnt kno i was on. I had to get off the phone because my brother had to use it. I called monique back and asked her what bethany said. Monique said that everything she said about me in the conversation was a lie. ( the things were all good things about me) and now i just hate her im going to talk to her tomorrow i dont kno if i should trust her or when i confront her shes just going to lie. PLEESE HELP!! Me and my boyfriend loved eachother so much! Well.. Just to piss off my best friend he always said "I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU!" to her! i started to get a little mad! Besides my best friend has a boyfriend! When i slept over my best friends house.. she said "if your bf wud stop throwing things at me at lunch..i'd actually love him!" Well My boyfriend and me were talking on-line and he said "HAHA! Elise (my best friend) finally said she loves me too!" I was soo pissed off! Then he said "It would be soo cool to have 2 girlfriends!" "what wud you do if something like that happened?" I had enough! so i dumped him yesterday! should i be mad at my best friend or should i not be? I havnt talked to her yet and she still doesnt know i even dumped him! wud do i do? (link)

ok... my best friends and i were sitting at lunch and we had to move because other ppl were sitting there. so when sarah got her lunch she went and sat at her old table. so i said " hey, sarah why aren't you sitting by us? she said in a attitude idk i just don't want to sit by you guys. so i assumed maybe she was mad at one of us . i said SORRY I ASKED! she said what did i do wrong .? i was so mad right then! so i turned around and started talking to my other friends. then in an attitude she said don't flip your hair at me! i was about to scream. ! i was so confuused and mad. is she mad or not? My neighbors and I used to play out side and play nintendo at each other's houses and stuff all the time. a few months ago, though, my mom had a cardiac arest, resulting in brain injury. For a while, my mom was in the hospital, so me and my family were hardly ever home, and almost never free. She's a lot better now, and just has trouble remembering things. Since she came home though, my neighbors seem to be avoiding me. When I get on IM, they get off. I called them a few times, and it sounded like they were making excuses, but I didn't really have any grounds to argue on, so I didn't bother. Do you think they're avoiding me or am I just being paranoid? Sorry for the length, but please awnser. (link)

Sounds like your family has had a rough time lately. It could be that their parents want them to steer clear so they don't bother your mom. Just have a long talk with them and see what you can work out. People just don't know what to say when someone has been through all that your family has had to deal with. Go talk to them face to face and things will get back to normal soon.

Tell mom you and friend had a fight but have made up. She probably had fights with her friends when she was in school. She just got mad seeing you picked on.

Okay well sometimes I have a problem with talking about people behind their backs. I never really realized it until I started getting in trouble for it. Now I don't even like the girls I hang out with, I try to stop my VERY bad habit but its hard, and without thinking I do it again! It makes me feel so bad and I can't really say that I've tried my hardest...but I need some new ways and tips of how I can keep the thought of "this is bad, stop!" in my head. Also how can I say sorry to my friends? I've said it a million times but then they do it to me! I don't want to be their friend anymore, and I want a new group of friends..how can I do this? Also, with all the drama in my life right now my grades have been slipping, its terrible and it needs to stop! I need to get my priorities straight, but right now I'm not really sure what they are. I have this friend that died and I thought it was partly my fault and then her mom came to my house and told me that it was her other friend's fault. Lets just call her Mary Jane. Now Kylie(Dead Friend) had been hanging around with Mary Jane a lot and nobody knew about it. I used to feel sorry for Kylie and her family, and sometimes myself. But now I'm mad at her. It's starting to scare me bercause, how can I be SO angry and a 13 year old girl who died in a car crash?

Anger is just part of the grieving process. It's hard to understand but it is. Your angry at Kylie because she is gone. And maybe it could have been diffrent. But we can't live thinking of what might have been IF ONLY. Know what I mean? Anyway, it's perfectly normal.

My mother has been annoying me very much, lately. My question is about something that happened today, however. My mom makes me clean every Saturday. One of the things she tells me to clean is a coffee table with a lower level. On the lower level is a apple-shaped baking pan with a Christmas ordiment in it. Well every week the thing bounces around when you move it the slightest bit. So today while I was cleaning it broke. Now my mom is screaming at me for her lack of common sense. She is also making me tell my ill-tempered brother (it's his ordiment) that I broke it and is making me pay for it. Any person with common sense would know not to put a breakable item in a place where it would break. Do I have any right to be mad? If you don't think I do please explain. (link)

I don't get along with my dad. He has been gone all my life until last year. We totally clash. He's not happy about me having a relationship with a boy. My boyfriend, Warren, is scared to be around my dad. I invited him to my church but he doesn't want to go because my dad will be there. How can I convince Warren to be around my dad if I can't even stand my dad? Please help!

Well since he didn't see you all your growing up years...it's probably pretty hard for him to get it through his head that you are growing up. He will hopefully get over that.
It seems to me church, or someplace neutral like that is a good place for bf to meet dad. The thing is that it is hard for boy's to meet girls dads even if they do like them. He has it tough.
Since you are only 13 though, I don't know that I would push the issue. If your dad wants to meet him then let him ask you to invite him over.

Ok so I use to play an instrumiment it was the fluet how ever you spell it. But i want to play drums or guitar my dad says no becasue I'll
quite like last time .The only thing i've tryed something and quite was the fluet which was like 3 to 4 years ago. I love the way drums, guitar and some other things sound when I grow up want to be some one who makes up beats. But he said i don't have a good enough reson. I listen to music 3 hours a day(screamo kind)my dad also said he doesnt want me playing drums and guitar cuz there loud . I told him if doesn't let me do anything how I'm I ,going to know what I like if he doesn't let me try. Sure. Make some money and buy them yourself. Those thing's do cost a lot of money and if you quit before...well, that was money down the drain.
I have a friend who plays guitar. He just goofs around with no amp when he wants to be quiet. So thats possible. You can get an acoustic one to start off with anyway.
My guy is a drummer. He drums on anything and everything. So, you could probably learn some drum tech. even without drums. So maybe if you got a start doing something like that dad might reconsider. I'd start saving though. That too will let him know you are serious. Good luck.

I'm 15 Okay well my good guy friend and I want to date, but his mother hates my guts. Once his mother said something about me and he was sticking up for me and she said "Don't you start that again or I'll pull you out of school." And believe me she would do it too. So my friends are like just date and dont tell his mother, but his ex girlfriend is one of my good friends and her mother is still really good friends with his mother. I think I'd ask him what his mother has against you. Does he even know? If he doesn't he needs to ask her and find out. Maybe she just doesn't want him dating anybody. May not even be you. See what he can find out. If you don't know, you can't fix it.

Well thats a decision you'll have to make for yourself. Why did you break up with the ex? Has anything changed? If not then you probably don't want to try again. He will get over it one of these day's. You can't be responsible for his happiness or guilted into getting back together with him. Just follow your instincts.

I'm 14 and I've never had a boyfriend. Usually it doesn't really bother me but I've seen so many couples who are younger than me and it makes me feel so sad and worthless. I'm ugly and shy and boring so I suppose no boy will ever want to go out with me, and even if a miracle happened and I did get one, I wouldn't really know what to do or what to say =\ People think I'm weird because I've never kissed a boy or even been out with one, I feel so different and frigid =[ I guess I was made to be single but I just want to know what it feels like to be loved.. Boy's will see what you show them. If you think you are all those things then that is what they will see. If you want to look diffrent then experiment with make up and do it. Start making conversation and smile. Joke and be happy, don't think negative. They will notice you then.
And no you aren't the only one. Your only 14 and a lot of the guys just aren't ready for girls yet. Hang in there.

i really i mean really like this boy who has gone to the army before i got a chance to tell him how i feel because i only realised after he left.

then i met a boy on msn through my best mate a month ago. since then we've become really close. he has got deep feelings for another girl and he dosent know how i feel.
