Hey Everyone :) I'm Kate and a level 2 mod on here. I've had this account since July 2004, so I've been on here since I was 13! Wow ... crazy for me to think how long ago that was. I will admit I don't check in as often as I once did, but being away at college, being in a sorority, and having a job when I'm not at school is very time consuming. I still try to help out as much as possible, and if you send me a question I WILL answer it. This site helped me a LOT when I was in high school and had a lot of questions, and I'm here to help anyone who needs it :) Feel free to write in my forum or send me a question any time!

My boyfriend and I have been going out for 5 months and are going to celebrate our half year anniversary on August 28. The problem is I have no idea what to get him! I think he's getting me a promise ring, which is sweet beyond believe but I don't have anything to match it! When I bring it up though he just says "the only thing I want is you". Adorable, but not very helpful. I would be greatful for any suggestions, and I don't have a lot of money. Thanks a bunch! Em'lee

btw: he's a big music fan, is learning how to play guitar, and loves wild, death-defying stuff; if that helps any.

well, not much help.. but there was this guy in 1 of my classes last yr, well he played guitar, and he used one of his favorite gutiar pick thingys, and made it into a necklace, by puttin a rope thru it, maybe u could try to find 1 he likes, and try to make a necklace out of it

or maybe u could rite him a love letter, or if there's sumthin yall like to do together, like bowling or sumthin, u can treat him, like pay for both of u to have a round of bowling, or both tickets for a movie, where i live bowling only costs $3 per person per game

well 1st of all, if my boyfriend made me choose between him and sum1 or sumthin else, just like a friend i'd lose him, but it sounds like u really like him, tell him ur not gunna choose and if he wants u to, then it won't be him, u don't hafta give up thinkgs u love, i bet there are lots of guys that would love to date you!!!!

Okay its now summer and like 2 weeks after summer started, my friend that i used to like was in a car accident, and was hospitalized for about a week and it made me realize that i still had feelings for him. So he asked me to go out with him so i did and we have been going out for about a month, but summer is my time to be like free and meet new guys at the beach n everything you know? I mean i like him, but i don't think i really want anything serious right now. Should i tell him i want a break? Should i break up with him? Or just stay with him??

well i think your rite, i mean i have a serious relationship wit my guy, but most gurls our age don't want serious, tell him kind of wut u told us, explain how u feel, but instead of totally breaking up, say that u can both see other people, but u still see each other, like go out on dates but not be boyfriend and gurlfriend, tell him that your young, and u wanna spend ur summer like a normal teenage girl!!

maybe he'll understand, sratch that HOPEFULLY he'll understand!

ok well im ok with most of my body but ewww my stomach needs to be flat!! but the thing is im really picky...about like excercising and dieting: i literally dont eat any vegetables and i dont play any sports so what should i do to et a nice stomache??

um all that i can think of is eatin healthy and excersise, crunches and pilates aren't too bad

ummm u don't necessarily hafta eat veggies, u can just eat a smaller portion at meal times

or eat a normal portion of healthier food!

I had sex for the first time last night and I didnt bleed at all. Doesnt every girl bleed? That kinda makes me wonder.. Also, we didnt do it very long or hard so I think thats why? Just making sure Im not strange or messed up..

My boyfriend has smoked cigarettes and gotten drunk just a few times. I hate it SO much! He's only 15 almost 16 years old, why in the hell does he need to smoke? It makes me mad but his friends tell me to get his nipple out of my mouth (referring that I'm a baby) and that he is old enough to do what he wants and its not bad... am i considered over weight if i'm 5'2" and 120 lb.? i'm not fat fat, but i have a gut. my thighs are big too, but my arms and legs aren't.

your perfectly normal, but if u think that u look overweight, then work out, run or walk anywhere from an half hour to an hour every day, or every other day!!

but don't let any1 tell u ur oveweight, cuz ur not.. im ur height and i weigh the same as u! were good, actually u'd still be normal if u gained 10-14 pounds hehe DON'T gain it, but if u wanted to gain weight u can still gain 10lbs and be normal weight!! isn't it just great how life works lol!!

i think it means the same thing as u can't fight fire wit fire, prolly because they are almost the same color, or it means u can't fighte fire wit blood, since RUBY lipstick is like a blood color
