ok well im ok with most of my body but ewww my stomach needs to be flat!! but the thing is im really picky...about like excercising and dieting: i literally dont eat any vegetables and i dont play any sports so what should i do to et a nice stomache??
KateStar1011 answered Friday July 16 2004, 11:35 am: I was in the same shoes you are in! Do crunches where you just can't lift anymore, and do them every day, or every other day. And get to where you can do so many Reps. Then when you get that...start running. Running let's you lose all of that unwanted fat...and trust me it works! AdviceMistress answered Friday July 16 2004, 9:01 am: I'm sorry to tell you but the only way 2 make your stomach flat is to do excercises and eat healthy foods!!! Get into doing Pilates, they help you reallly flat out your stomach!!
