My tummy!!!

ok well im ok with most of my body but ewww my stomach needs to be flat!! but the thing is im really picky...about like excercising and dieting: i literally dont eat any vegetables and i dont play any sports so what should i do to et a nice stomache??

I was in the same shoes you are in! Do crunches where you just can't lift anymore, and do them every day, or every other day. And get to where you can do so many Reps. Then when you get that...start running. Running let's you lose all of that unwanted fat...and trust me it works! Give it about 4 months, and you'll see MAJOR results! :) Good luck in it sweetie!

running in the morning or in the night works well! or u can do crunches and situps! they work really well if u do them on a regular basis *hope i helped* <3/Dakota

Well it maybe stinky but i kinda get used to them do like 10 sit ups a day and increase the times you do it every week like maybe the first week do 10 next week 11 and so on it may suck at first but youll get used to it and soon enuff youll have a great tummy and a rock hard one too! GoOd LuCk
ps i dont think u have to eat veggies.. but if you want i dont think it would hurt!

um all that i can think of is eatin healthy and excersise, crunches and pilates aren't too bad

ummm u don't necessarily hafta eat veggies, u can just eat a smaller portion at meal times

or eat a normal portion of healthier food!

I'm sorry to tell you but the only way 2 make your stomach flat is to do excercises and eat healthy foods!!! Get into doing Pilates, they help you reallly flat out your stomach!!
