what does it mean?

does anybody have any idea what 'You can't fight fire with ruby lipstick' means?

i think it means the same thing as u can't fight fire wit fire, prolly because they are almost the same color, or it means u can't fighte fire wit blood, since RUBY lipstick is like a blood color

im really not sure

ruby red lipstick is very dark... almost like a firey color... its basically saying that oyu can't fight fire wiht fire... my mom says that phrase all teh time ... as stupid as it is.. thats all it means. its the same phrase as "you cant fight fire with fire"
