hi. ive decided to quit smoking for the 50th time!! and ive gone two days without smoking. The problem is, its monday tomorrow, and so i was wondering if my school work will be affected by this? because i know withdrawel symptoms peak at 2-3days, so will it be bad enough to stop me from working properly? my attention and concentration has allready started to slip-even when i was smoking- but will this make it worse? If it does it won't last long. I wish you luck
on quitting. Its tough I know. Wish I wanted to myself. :)

okay, so dafont.com is working fine for me, but i have to write in my font in the font box first, before it is included with the rest of my fonts(where times new roman, ariel, comic sands, etc is) and sometimes after i download the font, nothing works to get the font! i type it in many different times, but still does not work! does anyone know where the EXACT lettering would be that tells you exactly what it would be, typed in the spot that shows you what your font is. thanks (link)

There is a much easier way to use fonts girls.
First and foremost keep them in their own
folder. If you are a fontaholic (as I am!)
having to many fonts in your windows folder
will eventually slow your computer way down
or cause a crash.
Here is a step by step that I use.
First make a folder for your fonts.
Mine is under my computer>C:drive> Folder named fonts.
Then go to dafonts (or other free font site of your choice)
Click on download for font you want.
You will get the silver box for zipped files.
I use firefox and my box is marked "open with
compressed folder (default). Click OK
when download is complete you get a window with your zipped file in it. Go to "file" and click
"extract all". You should then get the "extraction
wizard".
Click next
Go to "browse" on the line that tells the wizard where you want the fonts to go. Go to my computer>
c:drive>click your fonts folder. Mine shows up in the box now as C:Fonts. Click next and then finish.
Your font folder will pop up showing your new font is there.
Now using them is simple. I use mine in Paint shop pro mostly but I do believe this works anywhere.
I made a shortcut of my font folder to my desktop.
When I am using PSP I just open my font folder.
Click on the font I want to use. A window pops open that shows me what the font looks like.
I lower this window (don't close it just lower it). I go to fonts on my paint shop and there it is! Use it with no hassle. :)
When you are done with that one just close the window. It goes back to your font folder and no longer shows up on your paint shop or whatever program you are using it with. You can download hundreds and thousands of fonts for your folder.
Just open them use them and put them away. :)
Hope this works for you and wasn't to complicated.
It honestly isn't once you have done it a couple of times you will be an expert! :)

This is absoutly killing me, and I'm sorry If It's too long but I'd appreciate lots of responses beacuse all of my friends think different and I just dont know. Here it goes-
I'm a freshman (girl) , he's a junior. At the begining of this school year one of his friends (junior, girl) came up to me and told me how hott he thinks I am. No big deal, I laughed it off. Then one day he IMed me (beacuse he wanted to tell me not to go out with one of his friends who liked me) but thats beside the point. Ever since then he's IMed me ALMOST everyday and texts me a couple times a week. We dont asociate too much in school beacuse we barely see each other but sometimes he'll wait outside my classroom and I'll skip class and I'll walk through the halls with him for a bit. (He makes fun of me if I dont, and says I'm too scared to skip class). He drinks, and smokes pot occasionaly (I dont, not even drink I'm not like that) But some of my friends do and It's no big deal. He makes fun of me (in a cute way) beacuse I'm not as "badass" as him. We flirt a LOT btw. So a couple weeks ago he asked me who I liked and I told him I didnt like anyone, and he said if I told him who I liked he'd tell me the two girls he has crushed on. So I figured okay, I'll just tell him. I was bascily like welll I kinda have a thing for you, (and this other kid but that doesntmatter ) And he was just like oh, and he told me he had a crush on this senior girl (gorgeous btw) and someone else but he couldnt tell me. So maybe that girl was me? I dont know. I tried to get it out of him forever. We've been talking since the begining of the year and he always makes little comments like, "I'm glad you appreicate our friendship" Or , " Haha , whatever you loveeee me" . But he told me he liked another girl? So maybe he doesnt like me. Maybe he thinks I'm an immature freshman. I'm not cocky not at all but.. I can usually get who I want. I dont know how to tell if he likes me. What do you think?

OK here comes the old lady with advice!
First, I think he likes you. You just don't
talk with people you don't like. Weather he
likes you as girlfriend material, I just don't
know.
You told him you liked him and he didn't come
back with, "I like you too". It would have been
the perfect opportunity to do so. Makes me
wonder what his intentions are. It also makes
me think that second girl wasn't you.
Could be you are the only one who will skip
class and keep him company. Could be he is
a player like the the adviser before me said.
I know it is just a thing with us girls to
like the bad boy. It isn't always the wise
choice though.
As someone older than your friends I will
advise you to be careful and think about
it before getting involved with this guy,
even if he does like you. He is encouraging
you to skip class, He drinks and smokes
which you aren't into. One of two things
will happen. You will get into doing those
things with him so you don't feel left out
or you will feel left out and it will lead
to heartbreak in the future.
I may have given you more of my opinion than
you wanted. Sorry for the long response. :)

I woke up this morning and when i looked in the mirror, there was this black circle on my neck! It's like a black hickey or something! i'm 14 so obviously it's nothing from sexual stuff but that wasn't there yesterday either; I just woke up this morning and there it was!
my parents won't be home until next week so I can't go to the doctors or anything!
Do you think it's serious? I was hoping that maybe i wasn't washing myself properly or something so i first wiped aqt it with a paper towel but nothing came out! Could it be a bruise? Its possible you
slept with your thumb or a finger poking
your neck. Thats the only idea I have for
you. It probably can't hurt to have an adult
look it over for you and take you to a
doctor if necessary. :)

A lot of women have a problem with it.
It sounds like this is a recent thing
for you though, so I would bet there
is a medical cause for it.
Call your doctor and go in and talk with
him/her. If you have an upcoming follow
up appointment you can ask then, otherwise,
make an appointment and go get it checked out.
What you don't want to do is ignore it.
Something has changed and you need your
doctors advice. I'm sure they can help you.
Write out any questions you have before you
go in if it is hard for you to talk about. :)

For almost a week my boyfriend has been asking me if he could put it in my butt. I kept telling him no, it will hurt ect. but he keeps asking. If you are looking for a relationship
and he isn't, you have no choice but
to find someone who is interested.
Who knows, maybe he will commit when
he realizes you are VERY serious about
this.
As it stands he is getting all the
benefits without the commitment.
Personally, I think thats BS. I'd
be finding someone who wants a real
relationship.

I never noticed it, but my mom pointed out that I rip the hair out of my head and arms. I don't know what's wrong with me. She says I do it all the time, not just when I'm stressed. I haven't noticed any bald spots..yet. Does anyone know what's wrong or what I could do about it? (link)

I don't know why the church would have a
problem with it since it helps with
abstinence, which they would like you
to practice.

I think that my really good friend Abbie has an eating disorder. Here are some of the things I see her doing that are signs of bulimic :
-barely eating anything'
-always going to the bathroom after eating something little
-she wears BIG baggy clothes
-she is dizzy alot
Im pretty sure that she needs help. Ive tried talking to her about it and she says she doesnt have an eating disorder and that she doesnt need help. Im really concerned about her, Ive tried telling her that too but she just gets mad and wont talk to me till I apoligize,

I think I would talk to her mom.
I would tell her the things you
have noticed and see if she has
been seeing the same things you
are. Does she have a sister? You
could ask her too.
She will get mad at you. Be ready
for that. Better mad and still
alive to be your friend another day.

It is possible you could tear your
hymen while masturbating. A lot of
times it will break just doing ordinary
things. So yes, it can be torn.
A GYN can tell your hymen is broken
if he/she examines you. He will NOT
automatically assume you are sexually
active because of this. As I said it
gets torn all the time from other
things besides sex.
The GYN will NOT discuss this with
a parent at all. Anything you want
to discuss with your doctor is just
between the two of you. If you have
anything you want to know about sex,

I really don't think guys give a lot of
thought to wondering if a girl is a bad
kisser or if they haven't dated a lot of
other guys before they ask her out.
If they hear you HAVE dated a lot of other
guys they may actually feel they aren't
going to live up to what you might expect.
Other girls get around so much they may
not want to get involved at all.
I think you have an advantage if anything.
So don't worry about it. Like Cux said, a
lot of guys will think it is a turn on to
be the first to kiss you!
There are guys in this world who take
advantage of girls. Its sad but
those guys are out there. I don't think
it matters if you have dated a lot or not.
Girls just have to be smart and not allow
a guy to rush them into doing things they
aren't ready to do yet.
A lot of girls will do things for fear
of losing a guy they are dating. If he
can't wait for you to be ready for more
than kissing, he isn't worth your time.
Always remember that.
I know all these things are something
you are anxious to do. But you have
plenty of time to do them. Until a
guy can drive and take you places I
wouldn't really call it "dating" anyway.
