A gyno can't tell if you masturbate or are sexually active. They will be able to tell if your hymen is intact or not, though. If it's not intact, it still doesn't mean you're sexually active or masturbate, because it can break for a number of other reasons.

It is possible you could tear your
hymen while masturbating. A lot of
times it will break just doing ordinary
things. So yes, it can be torn.
A GYN can tell your hymen is broken
if he/she examines you. He will NOT
automatically assume you are sexually
active because of this. As I said it
gets torn all the time from other
things besides sex.
The GYN will NOT discuss this with
a parent at all. Anything you want
to discuss with your doctor is just

I guess it depends on whether or not you stick things up there. If you do, some girls' hymens are stretchable and won't break the first time, or even at all. Some girls' will easily break, even while riding a bike or a horse. If you only use clitoral stimulation while masturbating, no one will be able to tell. Hope I helped.
