Question Posted Saturday February 16 2008, 1:55 pm
I woke up this morning and when i looked in the mirror, there was this black circle on my neck! It's like a black hickey or something! i'm 14 so obviously it's nothing from sexual stuff but that wasn't there yesterday either; I just woke up this morning and there it was!
my parents won't be home until next week so I can't go to the doctors or anything!
Do you think it's serious? I was hoping that maybe i wasn't washing myself properly or something so i first wiped aqt it with a paper towel but nothing came out! I'm really scared, and especially scared for school. This is my first year of highschool and people seeing thsi on me won't make it any better.

But i would definetly call your doctor, and draw in pen or something else, an outline around it. if it spreads beyond the outline mark you made, then you definetly need to see a doctor...for sure. it could also just be irritated, or a bug bite...or ringworm
GoOd LuCk!!!
ps
you might also want to call your parents to inform them on your mysterious mark if it does not go away. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Also, are you sure that it wasnt a friend drawing on you? Somehow you slept on or came in contact with ink or paint of sorts?
