I have the shuffle.
i dont like it at all i havnt even added over 50 songs on it.
then i have the nano and mini... dont get the mini because it has many problems.
the nano is really good (im listening to it now) but the sound isnt as good.
then my sister has the video - its really bad bc you look at a 3 inch screeen, then you go to the movie thearter and get blind from the like color. that the ipod doesnt have and it like does something it was on the news.
and my friend has the regular ipod- if you like alot of music get that.

I have 2 friends, Bailey and Lauren. Bailey is my best friend, and we literally do (or did) EVERYTHING together. We hung out so much that people began thinking we were sisters. If one of us is going somewhere, the other one is bound to follow. It was just a really strong relationship.
Then she started hanging out with Lauren. Lauren and me aren't really very close at all, in fact, the only reason we're friends is through Bailey. Deep inside I kind of dislike her, for personal reasons, mainly her attitude. But I get along with her for the sake of Bailey.
Anyways, Bailey and Lauren started hanging out a lot. And Bailey kind of forgot about me. Like, they would go over each other's houses everyday and not even invite me. Sometimes, when Bailey and I had plans, Lauren would whine and complain about us not inviting her and end up inviting herself over, yet, when they have plans, Lauren never mentions a word to me. Bailey's attitude sorta shifted to being like Lauren's, and it made me feel like I was losing a friend.
It really hurts going on the bus, too. Odd, isn't it? It's because ever since the beginning of the year, Bailey and I have ALWAYS sat together on the bus. We'd save it for each other and sit together. Just the other day, Bailey sat with me for about 2 minutes until Lauren was like, "SIT BY ME!!" So she just got up, while I was talking to her, and sat down with Lauren, and then they both started laughing.
Now, I don't know how strong their relationship is, but I know Lauren considers Bailey her best friend. And it makes me kind envious, you know? Bailey still calls me her best friend, but I always wonder if she's lying, just not to hurt my feelings. Because she's done that before, with another girl.
My mom and my friend said to just ignore her and she'll get annoyed with Lauren after a little bit (because she is already starting too) and come back to me. But I'm hesistant if that will work.
Usually I'm really very honest with Bailey. But how can I find the words to tell her how I feel? She'll just deny everything and laugh and ask me if I'm kidding, and say I'm her best friend of course. But I want a sincere and honest truth. Because I know our friendship is falling apart. (link)

So make a few new friends instead of tlaking to basily. dont talk to her at all. id do that. i have and the person came crawling back to me. it wored well.

I think I have a yeast infection. Its itchy down there a lot. My discharge is a normal color though. Do I need to get this checked out by a doctor? And how do I tell my mom? I'm 13. Do I just buy something like Monistat? And what if I use medication and I don't have a yeast infection?

okay well for a snack everyday during one of my classes i eat fruit snacks because they are small, clean and dont leave my hands sticky at all. well i know that they arent that good for you and my doctor doesnt want me eating them anymore and i was looking for an alternative. any ideas

~ not stick
~ fit in my purse
~ not too expensive
~ somewhat filling (more than fruit snacks)
~ wont crumble in my purse
~ wont make my hands sticky

Why dont you try chewing gum? like a spearmint or something has ALOT of flavor and your stomach produces this like stuff that makes it take like food (dont swallow the gum tho)

Well, a girl in my school Sara's sister died last summer in a swimming pool accident ( the girl who dieds name was elizabeth but everyone called her boo), Sara and I never had any hard feelings against each other, Elizabeths best friend Sam, and I were becoming really good friends before it happend, and we were supposed to go to Elizabeths house, or Sams house and hang out 4 days after we all talked on the phone, but Elizabeth so happend to die only 2 days later. At that point in time, Sam and I never talked ever again.. Even thou I still would've loved to be friends with her. And then one day, on Sams Xanga, she wrote a huge entry about Elizabeth, and i posted a comment saying "I know how you feel, I lost my best friend too.. Its hard, but you learn to deal. But no matter what, you'll always miss her, all of us will RIP Boo 9.27.92 to 8.10.04" and sam got all defensive saying I had no idea how it felt, and I got very upset, and this all led to a huge fight, Sara and I got into a huge fight, which basicly ended with her saying that Boo hated me. Which I know wasnt true, but I feel horrible for some of the things I said to sara, and no matter how hard I try to appologize, its never enough, I dont know what to say for her to not hate me anymore, and it kills me. I dont want her to hate me.. I honestly have nothing against her, And I loved Boo, even if me and her werent 'best friends' ... Is there anything I can say to get sara to not hate me as much anymore? Well one of my friends got mad, never believe someone who hates you never listen to them all they want to do is hurt you. i wrote a HUGE note and stuffed it in her locker / binder (or mail it to her) and be like:
Well first of all, i miss you, you were one of my best friends. I understand you are in the middle of this situation, im not making your life any worse. i want to help you. Even if you say 'Boo' hated me, i still love her to death & miss her.
Even if we are not friends at the moment - i still love you. but if you are going to 'dump' me from your mood swings, i dont think i want to go on with that kind of pressure on me.

ok.. so I have known this guy for over a year..
i fell in love with him but we stopped talking during the summer because he moved to michigan... recently(about 6 weeks ago) he gave me a call and was so excited!!! i really do love him.. everything about him..were trying the long distance thing.. and thats been going on for 2 weeks.. but it's getting a little freaky because he is already planning our 6th month anniversery!! and he calls like 4 times a day.. im just annoyed i guess.. idk what to do!! he has even gotton a job so that he can pay for plane tickets to visit me!!
its just overwhelming.. happening so fast.. and it's hard to deal with it along with school, social, and family issues.. but he doesnt understand that.. i've tried having a mutual breakup but he is just like " no i will make it work!!" i need my space but he doesnt understand.. i just don't want to break his heart if i tell him.. && i know most advice would just be for me to talk to him about it and if he really loves me he'd understand.. but its not that easy.. this guy is difficult .. && i'm kind of avoiding him now... any suggestions on what i should do=/ thanks for your help (link)

OK. Let me review the facts;
1. He moved to Michigan 6 weeks ago
2. He calls you 4 times a day
3. He got a job to come back "home"
4. You need your space
This poor guy is VERY homesick. I read this on a kids pro after he moved recently...
"When I moved, you lost one friend. When I moved, I lost my life."
He sounds like he is not just trying to hold on to YOU. He is trying to hold on to what used to be his LIFE.
As far as you needing your space...wow...how much more space can you have when your bf isn't even around?
My advice is for you to continue being very considerate to his feelings right now. What you see as him pressuring you, is really him having a hard time adjusting to his new world. Just be patient and be there for him right now. (sounds like it's what you are already doing so keep it up) But don't look at it as a negative experience. Realize that what you are doing, is being an extrememly good friend to him right now.
Since he's not here, I don't see why you can't live a normal life here. Being "with" him doesn't mean you are "dead" socially. Go have fun. And pat yourself on the back for being such a good person. You may not realize it right now, but your kindness towards him right now will be something he remembers when he is a 40 yr old man with kids of his own. Not many people get the opportunity to make such an impact on another person's life. It's a huge compliment that he has turned to you during such a difficult time in his life.
You seem like an amazing person to me....keep it up but live your life. Love, Mrs S

for girls- when ever i get my period i am fine during the day - my pads NEVER leak. however, when i go to bed, they very often do. it seems as though the pad just doesn't protect the back of my underwear for some reason...but only when i lie down! how can i prvent this...i have the kind of pads with wings, so i can't put it much farther back, can i? i know there are longer pads made, but is there anything i can do to prevent leaks for now with the pads i have? (i have tampons too, but isn't sleeping with them in too long of a itme period to keep the same one in?) anyways, what can i do? thanks! (link)

i leak very heavily at night too. right before you go to bed, put on a new one, so that it will stop some leaking. also use big pads.and also do NOT sleep with tampons in. it is extremely dangerous. there are some pads that are overnight, so i suggest using those
