FunnyCide answered Monday January 9 2006, 9:46 pm: Want love.. no. I found my first boyfriend at the end of my thirteenth year. He and I are still together... going on ten months. We love each other. Yes, you should want love. You should hunger it.
Even if you're talking about sexual feelings... that's normal. Some people (like myself) don't feel those as strongly and feel more emotionally towards love. Some people feel more strongly towards physical love. However, you shouldn't expect sexual love ... or if you do get it... be careful.
No matter what kind of love you're looking for... it's hard to find it this young. THAT IS NOT TO SAY THAT TEENAGERS CANNOT FALL IN LOVE.

Sherry answered Monday January 9 2006, 9:36 pm: Nope, at 13 it's the age where you just start to want to have a boyfriend, fall in love, etc. Its because your growing up, and you see everyone in middle school hold hands and when you go out, you see a couple being cute and all. You'll have that some day just be patient & be careful for the guys you go for !! =) [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
tasuki answered Monday January 9 2006, 9:34 pm: Not to want it, no. Just don't expect it. You might go out looking for it and ending up settling for what you think is love and really isn't. That's how impressionable girls get burned. [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]
LadyGoodman answered Monday January 9 2006, 9:25 pm: Uh, NO.
...
It's very common. That is why many 13 year olds convince themselves that they're in love with some stupid boy who treats them like shit- they are in love with the idea of being in love. [ LadyGoodman's advice column | Ask LadyGoodman A Question ]
