Q: Going to Vegas for 5 nights on Dec 15 staying at the Mirage on one of the top floors in a very nice 1250 sq ft suite. Just Google Mirage Tower Suite and you'll see (look at the Mirage site, not the older pics since they're out of date).
Want to throw a sick party with fun people in the suite one of the night's that I'm there and am trying to figure out how to do it since I don't know anyone in Vegas.
Wondering if I like printed tickets for a party and handed them out for free admission? What would people think? Would they show?
Assuming that people would show (maybe like 5% of the people that got tickets?), then the question is: how to deal with the first people that show up? I mean, once there are people there and the room's not empty, it'd be OK. It'd look like a party. But the first people to show are going not see a party and it is going to be awkward.
Any advice? Oh, and it's on a floor with a private elevator, so that's a problem. I'll have to give out the code for people to get up there. I'm sure that the hotel management is not going to like that.
Is there a site where I can find other people traveling to Vegas around the same time? Maybe drum up some interest ahead of time?

I would advise against that.
Strangers who show up to parties tend to get rambunctious and loud, break things, and just generally cause trouble. I have seen a bunch of cases even just around home where people throw parties, strangers show up and the night ends in destruction with the police being called.
Keep in mind that you'll be in a hotel. You will be responsible for any damages incurred, so unless you're loaded, you might not want to be responsible for some idiot breaking a TV or a window. You will also be responsible for the behaviour of any guests. This means that if people are being loud and vomiting in the hallway, the hotel may just kick you out (then they'll send you a cleaning bill!).

Q: do u think a guy with a 3 in dick could get a hot girlfriend

Personally, I think the guy should be more concerned with what's inside the girl than what her face looks like.
You see, when you choose a girlfriend based solely on how attractive she is, she's free to judge you by the same standards. That might mean that this less-endowed guy could be dumped by said hot chick because she is equally shallow.
However, if the guy were to date a girl because she's awesome and they get along really well, she is less likely to dump him for stupid reasons. And hey, there's no reason why she can't be attractive as well as a nice person. Just make sure your priorities are straight.

Q: This week i was informed that i have been selected to go to France and study frence with a honors program. It is an opertunity of a life time. The problem is that my brother is getting married at the time i would be in France. So should i go to my brothers wedding and miss out or go to France and miss hiw wedding?

A wedding is just one day. Yes, it's a very important day, but it wouldn't change your life forever.
Going to France to study would change your life forever. It could give you a boost in your future, and help with your proficiency in a second language.
If someone can't attend your brother's wedding, do you think he'll be put off for too long? Will his soul be tormented day in and day out because you weren't there? Not at all. He knows what kind of an opportunity you have in this study program, and it would be selfish to demand that you give that up so you can be there.
My fiance was the best man at a wedding, but couldn't be there because he was deployed. He ended up recording a video speech to send to his friend. You could make a little video, or even have someone Skype the ceremony!

I live near Niagara Falls... it's my staycation spot :) I've attached some websites at the bottom.
It all depends on what you like to do, and how old you are. You can only get in to bars and clubs if you're 19 or over. And yes, it's enforced, especially in the clubs.
I went to Dragonfly for my friend's bachelorette party, and we had a ton of fun. Decent music, pretty good environment. Also, if you're over 19 you can lose some money at Fallsview Casino.
For attractions, there's a ton to see. There's a giant enclosed ferris wheel, there's a behind the falls tour, there's a 4D movie, there are haunted houses, a Ripley's museum, wax museums, and of course, the falls! You can easily stay occupied for a good while. There's an area called Clifton Hill which has a lot of the attractions. For the falls attractions, you can get package deals.

Even if there were a doctor on this site, they wouldn't be able to give an opinion without having actually met with your wife and given her an examination.
If you're not comfortable with your doctor's opinion, you can always seek a second opinion.

Q: I am 19 years old, i'm not a vergin and i've had sex without a condom but no one has ever cummed inside me before. I've been having cramps for about a month and i haven't been on my period. Even when i am on my period i have cramps and when i am not its the same thing. My question is: is it possible for me to have an STD even if no one has ever cummed inside me? or could it be somethng serios wrong with my womb? I would go to the doctor if i could but i can't i have no ride there and i don't drive. I have never been tested for STDs or HIV and i lost my verginity 2 years ago. What do u think could be wrong with me? Oh and also about 2 months ago i had my period and it lasted for 13 days. What could that mean? and when i have sex it kinda hurts in a way i feel it shouldn't.

Okay, I don't know where Lil Angel is getting her information from, but you definitely have a womb (aka uterus)... assuming you're a woman, that is! ;)
It is definitely possible to have an STI if nobody has ejaculated in you. They are transmitted through contact with sexual fluids. If you've been having unprotected sex, then you should definitely get to a clinic to get tested for all STIs.
You may have a medical condition. I had a friend whose period lasted a full month until the doctor put her on birth control. You may have ovarian cysts or endometriosis, or it could be something else weird (I had what I thought was constant menstrual cramps every morning... turns out I'm lactose intolerant and my cereal was hurting me). We're not doctors here, and even if we were, we couldn't diagnose you over the internet. I recommend that you get to a doctor.

Don't just apologize. Beg and grovel for forgiveness. Bring her flowers. Just don't bring her chocolates. Tell her you're stupid and didn't mean to say it, and that she's perfect in your eyes.
My fiance did this once by accident early in our relationship (back when I wasn't... LOL). I was mad at him for ages.

Q: Is this abuse. I have been wanting to go back to school (college) since my husband and I started dating. He told me I dont need to go to school I need to work. Friday, I called the college and talked to someone about signing up for online school, one class at a time and work. Well when we all went to town he said where to I said walmart and I need to go by the college and he gave me a look and said for i said to pick up papers to sign up for school and he keep asking me why. I said because I want to. Well after walmart and he did his errons he went home and didnt even start to head towards the college. Hes constantly yelling at my 3 year old. ( his step son) My father says im being abused emotionally. I love him even though there is constant conflict mostly because he wont look or keep a job.I think im scared to leave.

Even if his behaviour is not legally classified as abuse, it is toxic behaviour.
What decent guy wouldn't want his wife to upgrade her education so that she can bring in better money for the family? He may be a weak enough individual to be intimidated by the fact that you would be educated and have independent means.
Love is one thing in a relationship. When you have a child to consider, they take priority over your feelings. You should be doing what's best for your little boy. Do you want him to grow up in a house that he's unhappy in? Do you want him to have an uncertain future because your husband won't support him by keeping a job? You don't have to leave your husband, necessarily. However, a separation may be for the best until you can tell whether or not he's going to shape up. Tell him what you need from him and boot him out of the house, or go stay with relatives until he can behave himself and prove he's a real man.
You need to find out why he's so against you going to school. "'Cause" isn't an excuse. Have arguments ready for any possible plans of attack. If he tells you he just doesn't want you educated, you leave him. It's controlling behaviour and it traps you and your little boy.

Q: What do I say to my aunt who's constantly bothering her to ADD HER ON FACEBOOK and to ACCEPT HER INVITE?
I'm not one of those girls who accepts anyone and has like 10000 friends. I have 300 of my closets friends and frankly, she a mean lady who's always picking on me and I cna't get away because she comes over sometimes and she's coming over tomorrow and she'll be bugging me about it. If you were to tell her no, it might cause family issues. Your parents could get involved, and it would just blow up.
If I'm not mistaken, you can set different levels of activity for each Facebook friend. Add her as a friend, but don't allow her to do anything. No posting on your wall, no viewing your wall, etc. If she asks why, tell her you do it for safety reasons and that all your friends have the same restrictions.

Q:
Please don't answer if you are just going to tell me stupid **** okay? Because quite frankly, I don't care.
Well, I've only been high a handful of times but whenever I do I don't like it at all. When I get high all I want to do is go to sleep so when I wake up the feeling will be gone.. because I don't like it. Now, I wish it didn't affect me like this. I wish I could enjoy it but I can't. I just get really tired. How can I make it more enjoyable? Or is this how it will always affect me?

This isn't going to be the answer you want to hear.
First of all, nobody here is going to tell you to keep smoking weed. It's illegal.
I'm also not going to tell you to drink, because I've looked at your past questions and I know you're way underage. Again, illegal.
You might not care, but we do. That's why we're here. We're here to give advice. Whether you want to hear it or not is up to you.
Look, you're an articulate person. I'm sure you're smart enough to find ways to have fun without having to break the law and get yourself in dangerous situations. I managed to get through elementary and high school without any sort of substances (other than possibly copious amounts of sugar). Do yourself a favour and do the same. Fitting in is not worth the consequences of illegal activity.

Q: 16/f
There is this boy in my class who always insults me for to me unknown reason.I never did anything to him,I didn't even notice he was there until he started insulting me.Of course I didn't keep quiet,I insulted him back and stuff. Then I tried to ignore him. Then I tried to reason with him.Nothing worked. We're very different by the way...I'm the smart and pretty one(not being egoistical here) and he's a troublemaker,he drinks and smokes a lot, also has bad grades...but from 23 other girls in class he's picking only on me.I don't think he likes me cause if a guy likes a girl he'd never treat her that way.But I don't understand why he acts the way he does.He claims that I'm ridiculous and he never looks at himself first.

Don't stoop to his level. He probably thinks that because you're an achiever, you're full of yourself and need to be taken down a peg. When you drop your pretty, nice self to start throwing ugly, mean insults at him, it gives him satisfaction. He sees you drop from the "little miss perfect" tier.
Some people think that being a high achiever is weird, and that anyone who is 'perfect' is just begging to be taken down. He might never stop.
Keep being polite. Say something along the lines of "I don't know what you're talking about" or "I'm done discussing this" or "This conversation is over. You can speak to me when you have something civil to say". It may not stop him, but it will definitely make you look better in front of other people, and it puts you at zero fault in case a teacher gets involved.

Q: Okay I don't know what to do. I'm in a realtionship with this new guy but I still think about my ex every single day. Even though he was a jerk, a dick, a douche, didn't respect me, betrayed me, hurt me, and so much more I just can't seem to get over him. He was my first everything... (excluding sex). So I know that's a lot of physical connection that'll be hard to get over. And all of that came with alot of guilt and pressure and ugh.. I admit our relationship was a mess and unhealthy but I miss him SOOO much and even as I type this I'm crying and thats horrible! We've been broken up for almost six months and and I'm dating some one new for God's sake!! Granted I dated my ex for seven months... and he was my first but I should be over him! I can feel this new guy getting suspicious and I know he's starting to tell I'm not okay... But I know I'll regret it if I lose him... But honestly... if I had the choice between him and my ex and I'd pick my ex in a heartbeat. And that doesnt make sense!! This guy is perfect and my ex is a jerk I just felt something so strong with him... I don't know what to do!! I don't want to break up with my boyfriend because I DO care about him... This is just so hard and I neeed help... I'm fifteen, ex is sixteen, boyfriend is seventeen.

There's nothing wrong with having feelings for your ex, especially when there's so much of a connection.
I still love my first boyfriend, and I dated him when I was 17. I'm 23 now. I've told my fiance, and he has no problem with that. It doesn't mean that I love my guy any less, or that I'm not happy with him.
Remember, though, that the relationship ended for a reason. Sometimes you can love someone even though they're just not the right person to be spending your life with. You can be super compatible in some ways, but not others. So every time you start thinking your ex is looking like a good choice, remember why things ended with him. Remember both the good times and bad times. Then look at what you love about your current boyfriend. See where he rises above. Soon enough, you won't need to think about it... you'll just know.

It all depends on what you consider 'true love' to be. If you think it means swooning with delight every time you see them, spending every moment thinking about them and not wanting to ever be apart, then it doesn't exist, at least not for long. That's Twilight love, not real life love. It's why I can't stomach that series.
Love is when you can't imagine being without your partner. You have your time apart, but being with them enriches your life. You can plan for your future together. You feel safe and completely secure with them. You can disagree, fight, bicker and argue and still feel love for each other at the end of the day. You're willing to sacrifice some of your happiness for theirs, and vice versa. Sounds pretty boring, doesn't it?
I used to be bitter. I used to think love didn't exist. That changes when you find the person you're going to spend the rest of your life with.

Q: So, I'm not officially diagnosed. My referral for a psychiatrist is still running in but for a while now I've been goign to counselling for my depression and anxiety problems.
BUT, it's like the clinical place right? So the latest appointment time I can have is at 3:15pm, which is when school is done. Do the math, that a lot of days signing out once every week, not to mention I get docked as one missed class even though I leave like half of class.
So I was wondering, do you think that there's any way I get can special leave? I mean, it's one of my rights, isnt' it? Shouldn't I be able to leave for a legitement mental problem (which in my opinion, counts as a dissability), without going to get kicked out of school with so many leaves?

If your guardian is signing you out, you should have no problems. Your absences will be counted as legitimate. Or, if you're over 18, you can just sign yourself out.
Just let your teacher whose class you'll be missing know ahead of time that you have an appointment weekly with a specialist (no need to give more detail than that). They'll be able to give you the notes or whatever that you'll be missing.

Im the victim in the charge, and although its almost two years later...I dont know what to do. I still miss/love him so much. And I know he loves me to. We wrote 2 letters to eachother, and in both he expresses how much he love's and misses me. and how he cant wait to be home.

If you love yourself, run and don't look back.
This guy was arrested for being with you. Five years previous, he was arrested for being with someone else. He threatened you, he threatened your family, he threatened your friends. He did this to another underage girl, and he was looking for more girls to target when he was arrested. He's not the sort of person you can build a life with.
You need professional help to get over something like this. A therapist can help you to find out why you're seeking approval in dangerous ways and help you to figure out what you really want in life. You were sexually abused, and you need to confront that.

Q: hey so i was wondering what do engineering lawyers do? i asked my parents and they've never heard of it, and i googled it but didn't get much information on it. so does anyone here know?

An engineering lawyer would be a lawyer who specializes in engineering cases, just like some lawyers specialize in personal injury, family law, etc.
There are a few kinds of cases an engineering lawyer could come up against. Things like negligence (if a bridge collapses or a car is malfunctioning), or contracts (a company or individual has promised to do something and isn't for some reason) or patents.

Q: My boyfriend is in the marine corps and is at parris island boot camp right now. His parents refuse to pay for car insurance so he never got his license. When he gets out of boot camp he need to get insurance so he can come visit me in college. I hear that car insurance is like $1000 a month...which will pretty much be his entire pay check... I live in Canada, and from what I've heard our car insurance rates are a lot higher than yours.
My 23 year old fiance pays about 220 dollars a month for his auto insurance. He gets a discount for being common-law with me. That was an awesome deal, though. Most quotes we were getting were somewhere in the realm of $300 a month. It's expensive, but it's a lot cheaper than flying all the time!
Otherwise, you can always look into Greyhound. They offer military discounts and bulk purchase discounts as well.
Here's a website where you can look up the average car insurance rate by state. Your figures are incorrect: whoever's been giving them to you is wayyyy mistaken.
http://www.averagecarinsurance.net/average-car-insurance-by-state.html
___________________________
Edit:
Actually, I just looked it up and the average cost of auto insurance in the United States was $1,830 a YEAR in 2008.
Unless your boyfriend has been mowing down pedestrians at an alarming rate, then his insurance should be somewhere within a thousand dollars of this amount.
Quotes from insurance companies are free. All you need is the information for your vehicle. You can even compare rates online.

Q: so , I met this guy , and so we hanged out and everything , but then... he talked to me about sex... like he said he wanted to get me comfortable for a week and then have sex on the end of that following week and then I told him , oh well you know I can't have it that fast, so then he went on about like if I came over later he'd have my top off , and he another time said oh I shaved for you bla bla... and then I got sick of it and I told him and he was all insulted and he said well that's not why im talking to you , I really want you , and I want to love you. And he told me the way he was going to ask me out was by a song and dance? should I buy it? and he barely talks to me anymore and I Said I wanted to go to the movies hes like no not going to the movies till we have a stable relationship... now we barely talk...

So this guy won't go on a date with you until you have a stable relationship, which he's hoping to obtain by having sex with you immediately?
I don't even think you needed to ask our opinions. Just looking at how he's behaved, you know that he doesn't really respect you.
A decent guy would wait until you were comfortable and in a stable relationship before requesting, much less demanding sex. This guy has no respect for you, and wants to get in your pants ASAP with little to no effort. Don't let him. You can do better than that.

How much will I cost to get a new one? I got it December 10th 2009 and I have a 2 year contract on it. It got broke on November 1st 2010 and what should I do!? Can they give me a loner phone? I just bought a new Samsung Intensity from Koodo, and it cost me $125 on sale. You don't mention where you're located, so it might be different (I'm in Canada)
Otherwise, here is Verizon's page on replacing phones without coverage:

My Personal Forum
My name is Amanda and I'm 26 years old. I'm currently studying electrical engineering. Armed with a fairly odd sense of humour and a sunny outlook on life, I'll take on just about anything. I'm also cussedly stubborn, which has its ups and downs. Things get tough sometimes, and I've never been one to run from it.
In my last 8 years with Advicenators, I've gone from honours student to failing out of university (and getting back on top again!), from single to married, from tenant to homeowner.
Until lately, I have been struggling with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder and OCD, which had basically ruined my life and taken just about everything from me. I'm thankful every day for every experience I've had because of this ordeal, because it's helped to make me who I am today. Things like that really make you appreciate what you do have. Now that I'm back in work and school and starting to become myself again, I couldn't be happier. I credit Advicenators with saving my life back when I was a teenager, which is a big part of why I'm still here.
I won't necessarily give you the answers you want to hear, but I'll always be honest and do my best to help.
