my pregnant wife test positive in ACA(anticardiolipin antibody Igm >21.9)her doctor suggest Low heparin(enoxaparin sodium) injection for the entire pregnancy period and also said there is no need for a retest. Is there a retest is required

Even if there were a doctor on this site, they wouldn't be able to give an opinion without having actually met with your wife and given her an examination.

If you're not comfortable with your doctor's opinion, you can always seek a second opinion.
