You need to get a home pregnancy test and check it out for sure. Being Dizzy like you describe is not "normal". You need to see a doctor.

Occasionally I'll just catch a 'glimpse' of a girls chest when I'm talking to her, sometimes they notice, sometimes they don't. Do you think its rude or offensive? Anyway, I have a friend that I've known for many years. Her parents are going through a divorce. I know she's hurt, and I want to be there for her, but here's the catch.
I've noticed that we're growing apart. She hasn't talked to me for a long time, except for the few times we've talked on AIM, and I started all of those conversations. She hasn't tried talking to me at all, and we haven't talked about the situation, even though she knows that I know about it (She wasn't the one who told me about it). It's been weeks since I've been aware of this.
At first I wanted to give her time, which I have, since I haven't said anything to her about the situation. Now, I'm fed up.
I'm sick of us not talking. She has made no attempt to talk to me, even casually. Like I said, all AIM conversations were started by me. I want to help her, but I can't if she won't say anything to me about it. I just wouldn't feel right starting up a conversation about it because I'm unsure if she is ready to talk about it.
What also irritates me is the fact that we've been friends for so long, and yet she (like I've said) hasn't tried asking for my advice or anything. I feel like I'm not a good friend; like she doesn't feel that she can open up to me because she's embarrassed (or for whatever reason), even though I don't know if that's the case. What I'm saying is that she should know that she can come to me, talk to me and ask for advice, and not be embarrassed.
It makes me sad that I can't be there for my friend, and that she's not talking to me. What should I do? Please help. Thanks so much! (link)

I think you should ask her what is happening to your friendship. Tell her you miss talking to her and all that.
As far as starting up a conversation about her parents divorce...don't. If she wants advice let her ask you for it.
You have to remember that having an advice column doesn't make you an expert. It also will turn some people off completely. So don't for one minute let her believe that is the only reason she needs to talk to you. I am sure that isn't what you are thinking but, she may be.

i'm a guy and was wondering something. as the question implys, i would like to know whether most people put feelings or morality first, and why. my example is pre-marital sex. there must be at least 20 questions on that topic before this one...some say 'do it if you feel ready' while others say 'no because you'll regret it and it's not meant to be that way'. both seem good reasons for or against it. is it both? should you really put your feelings and that of another first, or should you stick to your moral values, reguardless of what others or society has to say about pre-marital sex. thanks, will rate. I think it is really a personal choice.
It is so easy to get wrapped up in the moment that I think you have to have some very strong moral values not to do it.
I don't think its wrong to have sex before marriage, but I think there are very valid reasons to wait. Especially with AIDs being out there.
It also can change your entire life. My husband was married to me when he was your age.(I am magic and can see your age)

what should i do? so here's my situation.. i like this guy named joe. he went out with one of my friends, i mean she's my friend but shes not like my best friend or anything. well they just broke up in septemberish, but they're still hecka close, they're still best friends. anyways, i always thought he was hecka sweet and cute but like i could never like him because he liked his girlfriend so much, but now that like they know they dont like eachother and hes single i can like him. anyways we hung out on friday we went to the mall with two of our friends, one a girl and one a boy, but he was being all flirty with me and stuff so i was just like okay but then like the more i talked to him and stuff the more i realize how perfect he is. then later we went to our other friends house and we were watching movies but we were hecka tired and he layed next to me so we were like spooning and he put his arm around me and fell asleep on me. he also always tells me how pretty i am and all this stuff. and like he goes out of his way to bring me into a conversation. i don't know what to do. do u think he likes me or what? and if he does should i even try to go out with him? i dont want to tlak to his ex girlfriend jsut yet. i'm not going to say anythign to anyone yet. i mean if i find out he likes me, then i'll do something, but i was jsut dwondering if he does what should i do? do you think my friend would be hurt even though they broke up mutually and they're still best friends? i dont know so my two questions are.. do you think he likes me? and if so, what should i do about it?

You know what? Sounds to me like he just may like you.
I think if he asks you out and you want to date him you should.
Its hard to say how your friend will react. It could be that you'd be better off if you had him talk to her about it. It really doesn't matter though. Maybe you could hint at it by asking her how she thinks he feels. Was she around when you two were spooning on the couch? If so and she was okay with that, I doubt you will have a problem.

Im 15 female
A lot of my friends like to drink and smoke pot. I don't like it. I had my fun with that already, I smoked pot when i was in 6th grade and stoped when i saw my brother get locked up for it. Yeah and i had my experience with alcohol i drank and i puked my guts up and now i wont ever drink again. well at least not til im old enough. But anyway my friends are always drink like on the weekends and they always ask me to go but i just go to my boyfriends house and hang out and what not. I always find my self thinking that im better than that and i don't want to ruin my life with that stuff.
Is this normal because i always thought that teenagers will like to drink and get in trouble and just do bad stuff just to make a laugh? Am i abnormal? (link)

I know kids are going to drink before they're legal. My friends did it too. But, I certainly wouldn't call you abnormal for not doing it.

So me and my friends were smoking paper (yeah i know its retarded) And I know it cant get you high (unless you stuff it with weed or have smoke newspaper which has ink) but I was wondering if there are any effects. I have use pads ever since I first got my period and I have never even thought about using a tampon. I think I want to try them, but I have heard very bad things about them. I heard they hurt when you put it in, and that they can give you diseases. I am really confused on what to do. Should i just stick to pads? (link)

I just started a new job. The store is new, it's only been open about a week and a half. I've had about 7 shifts so far.
Well I had today(saturday) off. I knew I didnt have to work again until Sunday. The problem was that my boss left a message at 10 in the morning today saying that she needed me to cover someones shift at 5 today. I didnt actually get the message until after 5 pm because my answering maching wasnt working. So by the time I phoned the store the manager said my supervisor was gone for the day. I know that I wasnt scheduled to work today but could I get fired for not atleast phoning her? I talked to my friends and they told me I am worried for nothing and that I am allowed to have a life, but I just wanted to check here first. (link)

You can't be expected to call in if you didn't get the message until after 5.
You also can't be expected to be at their beck and call on your days off. Unless you need the money I would screen all calls on your day off and only call in if you want the extra money.
So, no you won't be in trouble. You can explain when you next see your supervisor if you want to, but I am sure someone left a message that you called. :)

Two questions. My mother has offered to put my girlfriend on the pill. (aka birth control) And i believe they are starting the process some time next week. Two questions i have about it.
1) Is it true that the ultraviolet radiation from a tanning bed deactivates the pill and doesnt allow it to serve the purpose its made for?
2) What are the chances of a girl whos on the pill getting pregnant? I mean of course if were going till we both finish, i'd use a condom but what about pulling out and all that?

My mom went to the doctor to have a pap ( is that right?) scan or whatever and they found some bad cells. The doctor said it wasnt cancerous and that her appointment will be in early December. On the other hand my dad had fooled with a bunch or prostitutes and I am SOOO Imbarrased. My mom isnt sexually active and my mom is afraid that she could have Herpies, or warts, etc. But on the bright side it could be Menapause (sorry bout Sp.) Because she is 48 and she has been skipping periods. My mom and me lived with him because she didnt think you could generally catch it untill she looked it up on the internet. She is Soo afraid that she has lost 5lbs in 1 week! Please help ASAP! (link)

I have worked in a doctors office. Abnormal pap smears are not unusual.
If her doctor thought it was something that needed immediate attention he would have had her come back in immediatley. If it were a STD the doctor would have told her about it. :)

Turtle wax...or some other kind of car wax. Works great.
Wipe it on, let it dry, wipe it off. Use a soft rag. I use it now and then myself. Sims are cool...watch out for that Dudley. :)

Hey guys. I'm sorry if this is kind of long, but I have something on my mind that is REALLY bothering me, and I really need help on it ASAP! I rate high, so PLEASE help me.
Ever since eighth grade, my mom has been impossible at times. I remember the summer that I was going into eighth grade. It was the first time that I ever really started to communicate with guys because i go to an all girls school. so, i was about twelve or thirteen when I first started meeting guys, going to parties, and all that stuff. well, i really really liked this guy named JC. I was like in love with him. And he liked me too. But, my mother was so overprotective, that that whenever I was talking to him, she would sit next to me on AIM and told me everything I had to tell him. And she would sit next to me while I was on the phone and she had to hear everything that was going on. She never let me tell him that I liked him. And guess what? the boy lost interest and to this day I cry myself to sleep because that was my first love and my mother never let me even talk to him. Therefore, him and his best friend say that I talk like an old lady all thanks to her.
Time passed by and my heart was healed my new love, Rafael. Rafael healed me and I healed him. He has been like a blessing to me. I love him so much. but, now i am in high school. my mother should be giving me more priveledges and space and privacy. But, she sits by me even when I talk to Rafael. So, Rafael sends me a music video and he told me just to listen to the words of the song. So, I did. and the words were very sweet. But, the video had some material in it that my mother did not like. It had like contrivercial things in our society. and it wasnt evey like sex or anything like that. It was like weird people. so, anyways, she took it very personally and made me tell Rafael that I did not want to have anything to do with that. And now, when I told her that she should let me make my own decisions and that I want to be with Rafael and she should just let me do what I want, she says that I am crazy and that I have no dignity and self respect. I told Rafael that I didn't like the video and he said that he was sorry for it, but my mom is so overprotective of me!
And another thing that she does is that whenever I tell her something, she always has to tell like the entire world. She tells my grandmother, my aunt, and she even tells the hairdresser! and then she tells me not to tell my best friend since like 8 years anything about whatever.
I've already tried talking to her and it doesn't work. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!! TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!! PLEASEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! I'VE ALREADY TRIED TALKING TO HER! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

I can understand a mother being concerned with what their kids are doing and saying on the internet.
I can also see that your mom is taking it a little to the extreme. A lot to the extreme.
First off, tell your boyfriend that mom listens in at your elbow. Maybe ( I hope), if she sees that you are not saying anything that could get you in trouble she will back off.
As far as her blabbing all you tell her....don't tell her anything. I'm not against daughters talking to their moms...matter of fact it is great. But if she is going to "tell the world", don't give her anything to talk about. If she asks why. Tell her the truth. She can't be trusted. Hmm, maybe that's why she can't seem to give you any trust.
Any dad in the picture that could help here, by the way? If so, talk to him.
