So me and my friends were smoking paper (yeah i know its retarded) And I know it cant get you high (unless you stuff it with weed or have smoke newspaper which has ink) but I was wondering if there are any effects. You do inhale a ton of smoke and burn the heck out of your throat. Just wondering. I'll rate you for anything unless its under the lines of "Omg you shouldn't do that!" thanks.

But hey, smoking paper with no up side is TOTALLY worth it. Happy Smoking. :) [ cynicalladvice's advice column | Ask cynicalladvice A Question ]

Past experience has shown that the best choice is bible paper which is sacrilicious. No really it wouldnt have any long term effects it is no worse than standing to close to a fire when paper is burning... ok a little worse but not really, perhaps you may have hurt the hairs in your throat but they will die anyway. eventually [ jofess's advice column | Ask jofess A Question ]

Ivy921 answered Sunday November 13 2005, 4:54 pm: I don't think it can be so harmful that years from now at the doctors office you will say, OMG I wish I hadn't smoked paper, but I don't think its the wisest thing to do. It burns fast, you can burn your face, you can burn your throat and you get a lot of smoke in your lungs. Again, not the end of the world, but I bet you'd feel kinda dumb with a burn on your face because of this. [ Ivy921's advice column | Ask Ivy921 A Question ]
RandomUser answered Sunday November 13 2005, 3:41 pm: Inhaling smoke isn't good for the lining of your throat or your lungs... although it doesn't have some of the other effects of smoking (such as addiction or filling your lungs with tar present when you smoke cigarettes) [ RandomUser's advice column | Ask RandomUser A Question ]
russianspy1234 answered Sunday November 13 2005, 3:31 pm: yeah there are effects, your inhaling smoke and thats bad for you, smoke is the primary reason smoking is bad for you so basically your getting all the bad and none of the "good" [ russianspy1234's advice column | Ask russianspy1234 A Question ]
