:.I have a lot of personal, family, and friend issues of my own so a lot of times, I can probably relate to you a lot of times if you have personal, family, and/or friend issues.

:.Although I can help a lot of you guys on the above subjects, I don't tend to take my own advice so it can become quite an awkward/ironic/contradicting situation for me or make myself sound like a complete and utter hypocrite.
:.Hannah Whitall Smith once said, "The true secret of giving advice is, after you have honestly given it, to be perfectly indifferent whether it is taken or not, and never persist in trying to set people right." I agree 100% of it. Advice is advice and it is given when asked for. I give it and I leave it at that. It's up to the questioner/advice seeker to take it.
:.That point leads onto my philosophies in advice giving:
1. Advice is given when asked and no time else, unless your friend is about to irritate a black bear, then you should definitely advice your friend to back away and run for his or her life.
2. Advice is not critical, not judgmental, and definitely not biased. Advice is advice and should remain neutral.
3. Advice is to help, not to get 5s on every answer. As a result, my advice ends up being quite blunt and frank with a hint of rambling mixed in.

A couple months ago I my friend I liked this guy because she wouldn't stop bugging me about who I liked so I told her him, even though I'v never really talked to him since we don't have the same classes and aren't in the same social group. But we do have a lot of the same friends. Anyways my friend got mad at me because the guy she liked asked me out, and some of the people she knows that hate me said I said yes, so she told the guy I said I liked yo get her off my back (Lets call him John)that I liked him, even though I didn't know him. I kind of liked him, I don't know why because a lot of people say he's a jerk and I'v never talked to him. But anyways he started spreading a bunch of rumors that I was stalking him. Although my friend who is also his friend said that he said he didn't say anything he just made a joke to one of his friends and they spread it around. I had like 10 people come up to me and ask me If I was stalking him which is total bull****. I don't know why I let it bug me but it does, and I still knida like him, he's not even the type I usually go for. He hangs out with the rocker/emo type and even though I have some friends that are i'm not. Why do I like him? I want to hate him after what I did but I can't, and I hate myself for not being able yo hate him. I wan't to talk to him to see If he really did say those things and maybe ven be friends with him but I don't know how. If I just walk up to him it will be awkward and emberassing. Shouls I talk to him? Should I even wan't to talk to him? It's not like he even tried to talk to me....Ever. Whwn all those rumors were going around he just told my friend to tell me he didn't say anything, which I'm still not sure whether to believe or not. I guess I'm just scared to approach him. He's sort of intimidating, not In a scary way but in a holy-shit-im-gonna-start-hypervenalting way if that makes sense at all. I don't know what to do (As you can probably tell) Should I try to talk to him or should I just let him be, the rumors have pretty much subsided because only certain groups heard them. WHen the rumors were going around though I was kind of happy because when my friend came up to me and said "'John' thinks your stocking him" I said "Tell him If he has a problem with me to talk to me and not just spread some asinine rumors" she said okay so I'm going Yay I may get to finaly talk to him but at the same time I'm thinking what a lying son of a b**** I want to kill him (Not literally. I'm not a psychopath) but I guess I just wanted to hear his voice and actually talk to him or even yell at him becaue I guess I was torn between exited and pissed off. What should I do?
Half of that made no sense whatsoever so go read over it and pretend you're the stranger that has no clue as to what's going on.
But from what I can understand, this is the only advice I can give. Since the rumors subsided, don't let it start again in any way. You're not sure if he passed around the rumors. He might have and he might not have but you can't let that get in the way of anything right now or make assumptions of any sort.
Anywhos, I can't tell you what to do because you have to make up your own mind. Do you really want to talk to a guy that supposedly says you stalk him or do you want to let this all just pass? I mean, really, if the rumors died down, there's no reason to talk to him so it would be awkward.
If that didn't help or answer your question at all, ignore it and re-type the whole question in a more detailed/less grammatical errors way where it would be easy for me to understand because right now, it's nonsense to me...

The first thing is never ask the people you're babysitting for to set the amount of money because they'll feel pressured into feeling like they have to give you a little too much.
Average amount for most people are $5 an hour per kid. But if there are 2, then $8 hours per hour? It can be a little more flexible according to their age too. (Younger-increase)
i think i might have an eating disorder. but not the kind where u throw up or avoid eating. actually i think i might have i think its called a compulsive overeating disorder. but im not sure and i dont wanna tell anyone about it. all the time every single day i have to eat constantly and when i dont i feel really weird. and im not even hungry i just NEED to eat. and well i also eat really fast. when i eat with my family im the first to finish (dinner in about 5 minutes or less) and then i go find more food to eat, and then keep getting snacks and stuff like that ALL day. i eat breakfat, nutrition, snack, lunch, before getting home, right after i get home, and then dinner, sometimes a second dinner, and then snacks until i go to sleep. and when im sad ill stuff my face especially when my parents arent home....and i really dont know why i need to eat so much. im really skinny too. im 108.5 lbs---5'3. this is underweight and yet i always have digestion problems and i cant sleep and i think its all because of the food. i dont really even know. so if anyone knows anything as far as symptoms of any eating disorders or something else that might help, then pleaze tell me. thanx....SAM 14/f
Well, right now even if you're not gaining weight, you are going to face problems in the future so watch out!
Even though it may seem embarrassing, go tell your parents that you think you have a compulsive ED because it's better than possibly facing diabetes or overweighing later on.
When you want to eat something and you shouldn't, drink water...water, water, water. Drink sips of water between every bite at meals and try to control how fast you eat. Have your mom "close" the kitchen right after dinner so it may help you from getting late night snacks.
I have had my period for about 7 years now, and just recently like the last few months the cramps seem to get worse every month. Is there a way to help with the cramps?

Okay, so I'm 15 and I'm only 5'3 I'm like the 5th shortest kid in my grade. Some kids who are in lower grades than me are taller! I drink milk like 3 times a day and I sleep like crazy and yet I'm still short- how can I get tall?
I've heard that if you exercise, it will help with your growth. But the problem is that your height and the shortness of it can be herediatary and then there's not much you can do about it.
I think if you go to your doctor, they can estimate as to what your max height might be, but I'm not sure.

No one can make any decisions about your virginity except you. If you feel ready and you know perfectly well all the consequences that can come with sex and you think you're able to handle them well, you can make the decision to lose it to someone you truly love or trust, etc. If you're not ready to handle the consequences, don't do it.

Ive had my period for almost a year now and basically im sick of pads. They are soo annoying and I dont think they work very well. The problem is im afraid of tampons. Do they hurt? This is really embarrassing but Im afraid ill hurt myself and I dont know how to put them in. I looked at the instructions but they seem soo confusing. How do you without hurting yourself and I was wonderring which is better tampons or pads?
Don't be embarrassed! We're all experimenting with new things so it's perfectly normal to get nervous and what not especially if you think about sticking something up there XD
I personally prefer tampons since they're not messing and smaller/compact and they are not messy. Key point..they are not messy.
They don't hurt unless you're putting it in the wrong way. Just put a leg up on the toilet/sit on the toilet and insert it with it leaning a little backwards. It should feel really uncomfortalbe and awkward at first but you'll soon get used to the feeling =]

You've got to learn to love your body because, well, it should look great. If you think your body is grossed out now, you may develope an ED of some sort and that is bad. Look at yourself in the mirror and then [NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE] go online and look up fat people...those people in the magazines that look uber beautiful--photoshop!
By saying that you're grossed out by your body, you're bringing your self esteem and confidence down so just engrave it in your head that you love/like your body and there isn't anything more you can do to it to make it beautiful.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but exercise alone isn't going to help just as eating healthy foods alone won't work. You NEED to eat and exercise in a healthy manner and in combination in order to achieve a healthy weight. If you're going to be dedicated to reaching a healthy weight, you're going to eat healthy too.
It would've helped if you included you weight in there but here goes: an average person needs at the minimum of 30min PER day 3 times a week. You're doing only 1/3 of it. Also, breaking it down so much won't help either because it takes at least 30min for your body to use up the sugar that's already loose in your body [depending on the level of hardness it varies] and after that, your body uses the stored energy [fat]. So I'm not telling you to start out 30min 3 times a day but try to work up to that.
For your eating habits-you CAN and WILL limit Moutain Dew to at the max of 2 per week. Soda is realy unhealthy for you and it's literally water and sugar [tons of it]. I don't care how you do it just make it only 2 per week. Carry around a bottle of water with you all the time so you're less tempted. It's good that you've cut out junk food as snacks but really, you should only eat pizza/fast foods and things like that at the max of 1 or 2 times per week. A meal set at a fast food restaurant usually equals up to the amount of 1000 calories per meal. That's pretty iffy and disgusting when you think about it. Eat very healthy foods and try to avoid sodas, junk food, fast food, pizza, etc because all they are really are fat, fat, fat, and more fat without giving you much energy.
So to answer your main questions:
~Kiwis are delicious and there isn't a limit but don't OD on it =P
~Crunches, curl ups, jogging, running, aerobics, push ups, pull ups, just moving heavy objects around.
~30 min 3 times a week.
~Around 125lbs is an average weight

Spray some Febreeze or a spray made for getting rid of the odor in your shoes (get them at Target, Shoe Carnival, Wal Mart,, etc) and follow the instructions =]

You're at a perfect weight and so you don't need to lose any whatsoever. You can even gain some and you'd still be fine.
For exercises, just do things that will help you tone up like sit ups, crunchs, squats, lunges, etc. =]

If you're taking your laptop into your room every night just to watch porn, I'd say you're on the verge of stealing those credit cards and becoming very addicted.
It normal for teenagers to want to visualize new things [if you put it in a sane way]. But once you watch it and you decide to watch it more, then we may become addicted--the horrors of the internet, right?
Well, what I suggest you do is go to bed early when you're parents are still awake. If this is not possible, before you go to sleep, lock the door to the room with the computer in it before you go to sleep or just lock your door. Challenge yourself to see how long you can stay away.
Now, when you think about getting caught by your parents, it won't be such a pretty visualization so before you do get caught, STOP IT. Think of how embarrassing it would be.

Well, 20 pounds in 3 months is pretty extreme. That's almost 6 pounds a month...
You can exercise intensly everyday for at least 30min while going on a healthy diet [which means not skipping meals or significantly lower your food proportions]. Try to cut out most of the junk foods [fast foods, pizza, take outs, chips, candy, etc.] And try to take soda [diet or not] out of your diet.
Drink plenty of water everday and eat as much veggies as you can =]
The best thing to do is to go on a healthy eating/exercising diet. Pills and those shake things MAY help you but you are bound to gain the weight back quickly.

Unfortunately some schools have strict rules where if you're gay or lesbian or even bi, they can suspend or even expell you. I know, it's very sad. And seeing that you go to a Catholic school, I'm pretty sure they're very strict about rules on homosexuals.
The best thing you can do right now is to go through the school handbook [or whatever has all the rules and punishment in there] and try to figure out what they did was legal or not [according to the handbook]. If it clearly states that they can suspend people for passing a note [such as this one], then you can't do anything about it. But if it gives a lesser degree of punishment for passing a note, you should tell a school administrator that what they are doing is being bias against homosexuals.
But it really depends on what the rules of your school say...However if you're very sure that a m/f note wouldn't be suspended but a f/f or a m/m note would be, than there is seriosuly wrong there.
Anywhos, the best thing you can do for you friend right now is to just be there by her side and let her just rant, complain, whatever. Let her know that what happened is very unfair and that if she wants to, she should do something about it.
