Okay, so the back of my lip studs is sunk into my lip. I keep having to push it out and make the inside of my lip raw. I cannot get a bigger disk, nor can I get a longer bar. Any ideas on what I can do? And yes,I do have snakebites.

My freshman year in college, I had my monroe pierced. I ended up hitting my face on a cabinet and the back got stuck in my lip and I couldn't get it out. I ended up having to get surgery to get it out- it was vicious and hurt like hell. I think as long as you clean them every day with a saline solution, it should prevent swelling. If they keep getting stuck, please just save yourself the potential pain and take them out. I still have a scar, and it blows.

Everyone wants smooth skin, but for years now I've had these really tiny white bumps along my cheeks. I know nobody has "perfect" skin but these little bumps really accentuate my already-big pores, keeping my face from looking as smooth as it can, even though I do a good job of cleansing and exfoliating my skin. I know these bumps aren't all that uncommon but I'm not sure of the name and I don't know how to get rid of them. Can anyone help?

I actually had these when I was about 14 or 15. I ended up going to the doctor for it and they gave me a Tretinol and benzaclin prescription. It worked wonderfully and it is no longer a problem. So, I recommend either going to a doctor or a derm- but my doctor was able to prescribe it.

My wife used to have very attractive breasts, about a DD-cup. After our second child, though, they just kind of... deflated. She wears a B-cup now and while there's nothing wrong with that, there is quite a bit of sag because they used to be larger.

I would like to suggest that she get implants - not to make them outlandishly large, just to restore them to something like they once were. I know that she doesn't have a problem with cosmetic medical procedures in general because she's had botox and she actually worked for a plastic surgeon once, but I'm afraid that if I suggest she get breast implants, she will think that I am repelled by her body. I am not - I just think that her breasts could use a little help at this point, and I'm not interested in changing her, just in restoring this part of her to what it once was. If she said she wanted me to take steps to try and restore my thinning hair, I would be fine with that (in fact, I would be eager to do something which would make me more attractive to her); but I don't know if she will see this in the same way.

Does anyone have a suggestion insofar as how I might approach the topic? From the women out there, how would you feel if your husband suggested that you get cosmetic surgery?

What programs does the Macbook Pro come with?
like does it come with any video editing programs and webcam programs or anything like what comes on a PC or do you have to buy it all when you buy your Mac?

My macbook pro is my chid. It comes with photobooth for webcam, and i believe imovie can edit videos. i love my mac, and it came with garageband- which would be for music editing, etc, and a ton of other cool applications. definitely check it out.

I really want to lose weight but I keep cheating. I just cant help it. I want to lose 20 pounds before August 25th. If I stop cheating on my diet can I lose 20 pounds before that date? Does anyone know something I can do to stop craving bad food? Eating fruit doesnt work and I cant just eat a small portion of something cause Ill end up eating the whole thing.

Send CDs to local radio stations, try to play gigs at local restaurants and coffee houses, host your own open-mic night. You really have to advertise yourself. Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube.

im thinking of going into photography. i want to do something where i dont have to take pictures of people. maybe landscapes or something like that. how much school would i have to do for something like that, what kind of degree and classes?

It depends on what school you go to. There are some 2 year schools, such as the New England School of Photography, that are two years and you can specialize in landscape photography. Other schools such as the Art Institute of Boston, etc. are four year colleges and you have to take a few different classes, such as film development, portraits, and landscape. And most are a bachelors in fine arts.

Woah we are in the same boat! I actually just moved back to massachusetts and I took a year off from school and just applied to college and got into the AIB in Boston! I didnt really have many art classes in my past, but as long as you have a strong portfolio you will be fine. Which schools are you interested in?! You can try to get an internship at a local museum...try MFA!

I'm really into photography, so I've been looking for a good DSLR camera to buy. I don't know much about DSLR cameras and photography, but I do have some knowledge about them. I currently have my eye on the Canon EOS Rebel T1i, but I'm also thinking if I should get the newest Rebel model, the Canon EOS Rebel T2i. If I were to buy it, it would only be like $50 more than the T1i. Which one should I buy? I'm thinking the T2i would be great, since the camera body is newer, and it does come with more mega pixels. :p All lenses are compatible with all the camera bodies right? (Of the same brand of course) What kinds of things should I look for as a beginner, when buying a DSLR camera? Which one do you think would be the best choice for me?

I have a Canon t2i, before that I had a T1i, and I have had a Xs, and Xsi as well. The t2i is definitely worth the extra money. The Canon EOS lenses are compatible, as well as some other brands. Usually, if they have the same thread filter size, it will work. I recommend also getting the 4 year warranty if possible, just so the camera doesnt wear out.
