Is it possible, I can lose weight before August 25th?

Question Posted Friday June 17 2011, 7:19 pm

I really want to lose weight but I keep cheating. I just cant help it. I want to lose 20 pounds before August 25th. If I stop cheating on my diet can I lose 20 pounds before that date? Does anyone know something I can do to stop craving bad food? Eating fruit doesnt work and I cant just eat a small portion of something cause Ill end up eating the whole thing.

When you exercise, put on heavy clothing to help you sweat. Sweating helps you loose weight. And also something that might help you with your eating problem. My father has the same thing, he eats a bunch of junk that has him gain weight. He has been taking a body purifier pill that helps flush out the extra stuff from the foods he eats. Also you can take Vitamin B12 pills that helps balance out a vitamin that you can get by eating certain foods. The balancing of the vitamins helps you loose body weight as well.

It is very much possible if you don't cheat. Start substituting healthy things for junk food. For example if you like candy bars replace it with a sweet fruit or if you like chips replace them with seeds or nuts. Establish a diet around the food pyramid and do not starve yourself. Make sure you give your body all the nutrients and calories needed. Start doing ab workouts and walking more. Add a mile to your running routine. Make sure you eat after you workout. Drink 1 glass of water before you eat. This will make your metabolism faster and make you more full. Hope I helped and good luck!

Go outside more and stop laying around the house is a good start. People often eat out of boredom. Take really long walks, like 3-4 miles. And instead of soft drinks, drink water, which is healthier for your body.

Or just exercise more at home. Lift weights, workout to exercise videos or join a swim club and do a couple miles worth of laps everyday (which will also greatly tone your body by working every muscle in your body).

The number one thing to lose weight is motivation! You need to be sure that you will eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise daily! anything is possible when you put your mind to it. GOOD LUCK!

Depends. It really depends on your diet, exercise, starting weight, etc. Provide more details please! :)
