He beat you period point blank. You need to find your self a lawyer and press charges. Also since there are kids involved sue for custody. You can't go back to someone who is going to beat you. Actually most of the delivery service men/women rely on their tips for a good portion of their pay! Not all companies pay for gas costs to drive out and give you your pizza, and they make very little. Now if a person delivering to you is giving you lousy service give them a lousy tip. That's what I do!

A healthy diet for one! Make sure you avoid surgary drinks and sodas. Stay away from junk food such as chips, cookies, candy bars etc. Stick with salads and such. But remember DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Try to count your calories. Make sure you are eating between 1500 and 2000 calories per day! To tone up do alot of running, walking, bike riding.
