Toning in 20 days! I really need to tone my thighs in 20 days. I am going to be in a swimwear fashion show so this is crucial! I specially need to target my inner thighs and right under my butt! Please help! <3

A healthy diet for one! Make sure you avoid surgary drinks and sodas. Stay away from junk food such as chips, cookies, candy bars etc. Stick with salads and such. But remember DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Try to count your calories. Make sure you are eating between 1500 and 2000 calories per day! To tone up do alot of running, walking, bike riding. Especially since you want to target your thighs and under your bum! Hope I helped :D ]
I agree with tone it up.. also running. lots and lots of running helps to lose weight. ]
Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up have a really great youtube channel with workout videos and healthy recipes (and often the workouts have printable workouts, too). This one is really great for your butt/upper thighs:

And of course, lunges and squats are essential for thighs. ]
Squats, jogging, leg lifts:) just to name a few. Turn on the fitness channel on ur tv to find more or even check out YouTube for fast ways to tone ur legs. ]
