Should include some "basic gymnastics techniques?

I an 25 years 5'-8"ish weigh 192 pounds. I know i am overweight started mixing weight(body-with unilateral exercises and steel) training,would include running this week.
I have a swiss ball, dour mounted pull up bar, 15 pound medicine ball 15 pounds. hardly any space indoor space outdoor ground uneven but flat concrete 3ft apron that goes around the house.

I like pull ups and other basic techniques on the horse executed by gymnasts, they have total control of their limbs, i have willpower. What is your suggestion on including some basic forms and what equipment or simple things do i need to get or use.

I want to start an exercise routine

Hey in 19/f and I'm 5'7 and weigh 144 lbs. I want to become more in shape, tone up my legs mostly and start eating healthy. The only problem i have is that i have no motivation at all to exercise. When i get home from work i'm always too tired and have other things i need to get done around the house. Can anybody give me any encouraging words of advice to make me want to exercise? Also is there a certain exercise routine i should stick to and how long should i do it and how many days a week? Anything would be helpful! Thanks everybody and i do rate.

weird breathing

So I just did my daily Insanity workout (for those of you who don't know it is a program comprised of several different workouts). I was doing this one exercise where you go into low plank position and use your arms to bring yourself up into high plank position. Then you bring yourself back into low plank and do this over and over again. It is a VERY strenuous and difficult exercise, but I managed to complete all repetitions tonight, which I have never done before. Towards the end of the repetitions, I noticed that each time I brought myself back up into high plank, I heard a weird sound coming from within me. I know that sounds strange... it sounded like a breath coming like directly from my chest... it wasnt coming from my mouth. It defin...

Hi,i'm 13 female and i weight around 168 ibs...Yes i know i'm really fat but i want to lose some weight before i reach 16,so can anyone give me some advice how to lose weight effectively since i am doing all sorts of exercise and none of them show results...So any advice?

I've always tried to go to the gym five times a week but it can get a little boring sometimes u know. I hate exercising in the same place and doing the same things. I just wanted to know if you can recommend any exercises that I can do at home that will get the cardio pumping without the treadmill. Thanks. I don't want to do weights at home because that's what I pay a gym membership for. However, I do use a articular weight for my arms not to bulk them up. I just need a routine like maybe squats or something

I don't like my diet.. what can I do?

When I first started my diet I was eating right and exercising. I lost 25 pounds. Now I'm getting tired of doing the same thing everyday and I dont know what else to do. I did cardio 2 times a day, I ran,etc. Sometimes I just dont do it anymore. I get a craving for chocolate chips and thats it. People in my house buy it and when I see it I want it, when I first started my diet I was eating on junk and only having 1200 calories,now I eat a little over 1200. And I only lost a pound last week and I was losing more than that before. I dont eat chocolate all day. I'll just get a bar of chocolate and a small bag of chips and eat one and the rest of the day the food is healthy, I wasnt doing this in the beginning. I already want something ...

How to get smaller boobs?

I'm 14 and I wear 36B bra size but I'm really skinny and short so they look HUGE on me. My boobs stick out and I'm really ashamed of them. I HATE having boobs. Even though I don't dress provocatively, guys are always staring at my chest. It really grosses me out.
How can I make them smaller or bind them in some way that will make it look like I have a totally flat chest?
Please, don't tell me to learn to love who I am and be grateful for the breasts god gave me. I'm really not looking to attract boys right now so don't tell me I'll be grateful for them when I'm older and I should be thankful. I don't want to feel like an object anymore b/c my boobs are too distracting.
I wish they were completely gone!!

Cardio

next feb or so i will be joing the army, and i really need to work on my cardio. I have a gym membership and i do 5 minutes on the treadmil, the bike, and the stair master. Every week i add an extra minute to every thing. My question is that an acceptable way to get better cardio? Also is there anything else i can do to supplement it or any other exercises i can do to help?

P90X fitness program!

Hey, I'm a 16 year old female. So, I started the P90X a couple weeks ago, but I haven't been following the diet plan since anyone who has the program would know how costly and tedious that diet plan is. For those who have done the P90X workout, did you follow the diet plan? Will it work effectively without the diet plan? If not as effectively, will there still be a difference? I just want to know if continuing with the program will be worth it in the end. Thanks in advance!

I'm also not overweight or underweight. I'm in healthy shape. I'm a dancer and an avid volleyball player, but I have a little gut that most women have, so would I be able to get rid of that and obtain at least a flat stomach, if not get abs, with this workout?

My right pec is bigger than my left

Embarassing to talk about, but it is. I've been working out for a long time now and for some reason i just noticed this. Overall, i have a pretty medium build and i was already bothered about the fact that i have big arms but a small chest. I've been working out my chest hard lately and i've noticed that its still small, but my right is bigger than my left...

it isnt noticeable at all, only when i flex i can see the curve forming under my right pec, but under my left, there is no curve.
Whats even worse is that i have OCD and its difficult not to analyze my chest everytime i look in the mirror. I never only work out only one side, because thats just stupid, but for some reason whenever i work my chest, i always feel th...

Gym Membership

Im thinking of joining to gym. I definitely need to shed a few lbs, but im just wondering if its worth it financially? The gym has a $30 one off enrolment fee, and then $22 a month. Its a lot cheaper than other gyms in the area, and its open 24hours. Its also really simple i.e. no sauna, not even water machines etc, so they can afford the cheap price.

So is it worth it? Should i just stick to a weight bench in my room and running in the park? Thanks in advance :)

Is it weird to lose 23 pounds in 3-4 weeks?

I am on a diet and I exercise and eat healthy. I walk 2 miles a day and I do cardio once a day. I lost 23 pounds just doing that. Is that weird? Or is the 23 pounds water weight?

Why does my dad have high metabolism and I don't?

Is it just something that some people get luckily,or can it passed on from your parents? My dad eats a LOT of junk,he eats a lot of hot stuff too and a lot of salt. he puts salt on everything and he eats all day. He also goes to the bathroom a LOT. He weighs 150 pounds and it looks like he cant gain more than that. Hes been eating like this for years, he eats wayy more than me and he doesn't gain anything.
I think its lucky to have high metabolism cuz u can eat all the junk you want and gain no weight. I would love to do that.How does he have high metabolism and how can I get it?
