loosing weight

so im 15 years old, 5'10 & weigh around 165. im not FAT nor chubby. its more of a self hate for my body. i am big boned, so i have big hips, so i have a lil bit of love handles, HATE IT. and a little pooch. i would LOVE to loose like 30 lbs. i hate my arms, my thighs, stomach, back, and hips. i want to have a tight body and for my thighs to not touch, but i doubt my thighs will ever thin out. but i was wondering what do i eat? i know you should eat 3 meals a day. i just dont understand what i can have without having to cook loads of food. im more of a quick snack person, im basiculy just lazy. what are some good meals that will fill me up also what are some snacks? im 15 years old, 5'1- & weigh about 164. i am a runway, print,& commerical model. and i need to loose a lot of weight, fast. so i cant really stop eating, its just not going to happen, i cannot eat healthy. what exercises should i do to help me loose weight? and how many times a week for how long a day?

Stretch Marks

I'm only 17 and I have these awful stretch marks on my hips and I have no idea why. And I also have a dark skin color, so they show up really well. I want to be able to wear a regular bikini when I go to the beach this summer. I've always had to wear the ones with shorts, but I don't like them so much now. Is there any way I can get rid of them, or make them less visible? Please help!

college diet

hey so i'm 19..a sophomore in college and i'm having trouble with working out every day & eating healthy because of all the work i have. I go to the gym every day during most weeks, but not during the weekend usually. i always get hungry after dinner even if i eat a bigger dinner. i don't usually eat a big breakfast or lunch, but i feel like i am just gaining weight. i'm not happy with the way i look and i need to stay on track with some sort of diet. it's hard with the dining halls and the food in our room. please help! i need some suggestions of diet/exercise plans to do! thank you

Dieting

So I gained weight from the craptastic food in my cafeteria (no wonder they call it the freshmen 15). I think I gained about 5lbs, which I hope isn't from the food because I just started exercising again + doing weights. It's kind of a slap to the face after losing 15 lbs. (I'm 135lbs right now)

I don't know how to balance my food out, since the food at the 'deli' area is so fattening and the only other foods include crackers+tuna dip, cereal and salad. There is no normal meat that isn't deep fried or coated in sketchy gravy. Would the only alternative for me be eating salad and crackers for the rest of university? ): I don't know how I'm going to lose another 15-20lbs by the end of university. Most of all, I want...

ok so im almost 14/m and i am in pretty good shape, cuz iv been workin out for a year. i have big arms for my age, muscular, and a pretty good body. on the bus today, this 7th grder, whos small but pretty strong for his age, as always messes with me. he was slapping me and i was just like " dude stop"tryin to block it. one of my frans said, dude hit him back, and i was like no man . eventually he stopped. i overheard my friend telling other ppl on the bus, thatim strong, i just dont know howto fight. help?

how to lose weight

okay so my doctor says i am like twenty pounds over weight, i'm fifteen, i'm 5'5" and 145-148 lbs, i'm really not fat though, i'm a bit wider, and i dont play sports, but i am active, i eat pretty healthy for a teen, and i try not to stress, so i honestly dont know what to anymore

i dont know what muscle this is called so i cant search how to fix it but it is really sore, i went on a walk n tried to do stretches but nothing helped. standing it would be the back of my knee and above it, on the back though. what are some stretches or things i can do, im in training and have to be better by tomarrow, and i cant tell the instructors or they will have me sit out.

Cardio

Is it ok if I only do Cardio for my workout? I go to the gym 4 days a week and the trainer at the gym said I should lift weights twice a week, but I HATE it, it seems to stupid and boring to me. I like to run, go on the eliptical and bike. I pick one each time I go and do it for 45-60 mins. Is 4 days of just cardio bad or should I really lift weights too? Or should I do a bunch of push ups/sit ups and cardio instead of weights? I don't mind doing push ups and sit ups. I just hate weights so much....

19/f, just trying to stay healthy and generally become a little more fit.

How much weight will I lose if I don't ear for a week?

I need to know how much I will lose if I don't eat for a week? I researched it, and most people say 21lbs...I know that it is a dangerous thing but I tend to drink water a lot anyways and maybe eat a K bar ever once and awhile. I'm also trying to fast. is there anything I should know?

Highschool

Okay I am a freshman and I hate being "fat" I am the girl who is nice to people, easy to get along with or talk to, but you wouldn't sit by me at a lunch table if i was alone. The one your kind of ashamed to stick up for, yet kinda feel sorry for because you know they're a good person at heart.

Well I hate being that girl. I want to go on a diet, but nothing life altering. I want excerise that is easy to stick with and not ubber time consuming.

I want a breakfest that full fills me from 5 till 11.

So please if you have anthing that will help me reply. But don't give me any excerises like { run a mile on the tredmill a day becuase I have tried that, time consuming and hard to keep up with every day }

Okay, I am 16 yrs of age, male, and im about 5'9. I'm very concern because most of my friends are taller than me and I am started to worry that i have stopped growing. The question I am trying to get at is am I going to grow anymore, how can I increase my height, should I stop eating junk food? Also my father is about 6'3.

19/f I joined a gym about 2 weeks ago and this is the schedule I have come up with. What do you think? Is this a good gym routine? I basically just want to loose some fat (nothing major) and just look leaner and more fit, not going for anything major, just kinda trying to stay healthy and fit.

Monday: 45-60minutes of cardio
Tues: Full Body weight lifting, 30 minutes of cardio
Wednesday: Day Off
Thurs: 45-60 min cardio
Fri: Full Body weight lifting, 30 minutes cardio

Then I take the weekends off too, maybe doing an occasional bike ride, tennis session or rock climbing with my boyfriend for "active bonding" hahaha, thanks!

should i join a gym? and what excersizes do i do? i know "run" but how long?? like an hour on a treadmill?

and im changing my diet to be strict and healthy--fruits-veggies ect.

i want to lose 5 pounds a week
