Ok at first when I read that. I thought "I'm shorter and heavier, but I'm still tiny. why is she complaining?" but then I realized, its human nature to not be comfotable with their own looks.
My friend Kate told me this.
Try spending time, In your room alone, naked.
Sounds strange doesnt it? But it works.
You know how when You meet someone new, and you start hanging around with them, you become comfotable with who they are and you start to love'em. well its the same concept.
Read a book, sit at the computer, sleep, whatever, just time by yourself, naked. (with the blinds closed if you have neighbors, and the door locked if you have people that randomly like to walk in your room.)
~Webby

P.S. Keep a bathrobe handy, just incase someone knocks on the door.

Frist of all you should love yourself no matter how you look. Im a 140 pounds and I love myself. You got to love yourself and feel good about yourself and you will feel pretty. Always say beauty in the eye of the beholder. The way you can feel comfortable with your body is to say in the bathroom mirror Im pretty and I got a nice body, most girls will kill to be a 110-115 pounds. I wish I was that many pounds. Don't feel that way. You know when you said you feel Fat and gross out with your body. Do something diffirent feel skinny and love your body. I hope this help. And I believe if I take one look at you I'll think you are very pretty and I'll be wondering how can someone be that pretty and feel that bad about themslef. I hope this make you feel better

Love always,

Exercise can help.

I'm not talking about exercise for weight loss purposes. I'm talking about exercise for the joy of exercise. Find something you love to do. It will get your endorphins pumping which alone helps you to feel happier.

Really pay attention to how your body feels when you move, and all it can do for you. Think about it like this--your body is an amazing and sophisticated machine. You can move without thinking about it. You can run, you can feel your muscles pull, it's incredible. If you can focus on what your body can do, it might help.

Find clothing that is flattering. Even though you are, if anything, underweight, clothing can still make a huge difference. Find things you love to wear and that make you feel good.

Pamper yourself. Really take care of your body. Use a lotion and bodywash that you love. Feed it well, with fruits and vegetables, and pay attention to how it responds.

I know it's easier said than done. I'm suffering with many of the same issues, but even just typing this out was a good reminder to ME. So I have to thank you for that.

You might want to try one other thing--asking yourself what you would say if a friend asked you this question. Sometimes it's easier to see something from another perspective--it's less personal somehow, and you can be more impartial, even if you know you're tricking your brain a little bit.

Hmm you should be around 120lbs actually.

You've got to learn to love your body because, well, it should look great. If you think your body is grossed out now, you may develope an ED of some sort and that is bad. Look at yourself in the mirror and then [NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE] go online and look up fat people...those people in the magazines that look uber beautiful--photoshop!

By saying that you're grossed out by your body, you're bringing your self esteem and confidence down so just engrave it in your head that you love/like your body and there isn't anything more you can do to it to make it beautiful.

You're a perfect weight, and I wish I weighed what you do. Fortunately, I don't. Just tell yourself that you're beautiful. The more you hear it, the more you'll believe it.

Actually for your height your perfectly fine for how much you way. You would actually be considered underweight. The normal weight for your height is between 118 pounds to 133 pounds. You shouldn't feel grossed out at all, you could be a lot worse off. If you go to www.am-i-fat.com and then click on Am I Fat? They will calculate you BMI (body mass index) telling you if you are perfect, over weight, or skinnier than needed. You should feel fine with your body. Good luck & hope I helped!
