13/f im 5'4'' im 120
what should my weight be
am i over or under weight
where could i get the scale
what exercises sould i do

your a good weight!..
it really depends on if you have muscles or not..
im 5'5 and im 140, but i have way more muscle then fat..
but you sound like a good weight, as long as you dont look like your not eating, i think your good to go!

im about the same as you.
your not overweight at all
and your not underweight.
if you want to be toned, you can do sit ups or leg lifts.

i mean dont lose any more weight cause a girl who actually has a butt lookms way better than just a skinny person.

You're at a perfect weight and so you don't need to lose any whatsoever. You can even gain some and you'd still be fine.

For exercises, just do things that will help you tone up like sit ups, crunchs, squats, lunges, etc. =]
