Okay, so I'm 15 and I'm only 5'3 I'm like the 5th shortest kid in my grade. Some kids who are in lower grades than me are taller! I drink milk like 3 times a day and I sleep like crazy and yet I'm still short- how can I get tall?

If your genes are short genes, the highest you might grow to will be 5'4 or 5'5, but if you do enough exercise (such as stretching, pull-ups, jump rope) it will help you grow up to 5'6 rather than 5'4. However, it is not always possible because you might have recessive tall genes. Where as your short genes are dominant. If your parents (either one) are short, it might have been the cause of your height.
The kids in other grades, they probably have dominant tall genes and recessive short genes. It all matters on the genetic material.

but your height is determined by genes. you will most likely be a little bit taller than your mom, but always shorter than your dad.
also good posture (shoulders back, chin up, chest out) adds a lot of height.
