I'v heard it's unhealthy to sleep too little and too much. However, that's all I do... I go to bed really late on weekdays and wake up really early. I've become so use to it that I cant help it even if I try to go to bed early. On the weekends, I can sleep for about 12 to 14 hrs.. If i wake up, I close my eyes and just sleep longer and longer and I can do this all day. How can I start going to bed early, when Ive tried so hard already and I just CANT fall asleep... I literally just stay lying in bed, eyes closed, for hours...Until the usual time I go to bed which is like 1 or 2 am. I'm not going to take any sleeping pills or anything like that. First, is it true that it's bad to sleep TOO much? And, how can I make it a routine of sleeping more on weekdays? (link)

I've heard this as well. But i know sleeping too much is the problem because your metabolism shuts down when you sleep. When your up and about and doing stuff its good for your body. It keeps your body in shape. If you feel your not getting enough sleep. Try wearing your body down doing alot of activies throughout the day, or even exceriseing before bed. Even a warm glass of milk or a hot bath will make your body comfortable and want to sleep. I'm glad you are not choosing to take pills. That should always be the last resort and if and when it comes to it. A half of a pill can make you get that sleep. Hope it works out for you. =]

Well, i dont know much about dying hair, but if you dont want to spend the money to get it done professionally, if you go to the store where u bought the dye then you could ask one of the people that worked there about what you should do. Usually they can help you. Also, next time you go to get a hair cut or your family, ask the hair stylist what she recommends trying. And look at the bottle, you might have bought dye that comes out in a week or in 8 showers... :-) GoOd LuCk!!!

I have this best friend, well she used to be my best friend. we haven't been friends for a couple of weeks. but we were friends since first grade, now in 10th. ever since her family came into money she's been acting like a snob, like she's better than everyone. and she's been really spoiled and bitchy. she doesn't even know the words please, thank you, or sorry and she thinks that everything is always someone elses fault. I think that you should just talk to her about the whole situation, and how you feel. Maybe the best thing for you to do if she doesnt change would be to be "aquaintences" or just plain old "friends" It's really up to you to decide, but talk to her about it nicely, you dont want to start a fight and cause drama. :-) ps peple can be contagious...sometimes when you hang out with the wrong people, you catch their bad attitudes.

there's no specific way- but this is the most effecient:
in the shower, just clean out between your lips and ifi you have your period, just stick your fingers up there to clean and wash out the blood.
do not use soap. do not do this after using shampoo, conditioner, soap. just do it first thing, you know?
and make sure when you get out of the shower, just dry the area properly to avoid things clinging to your vagina and inside of it.

Sad but true, i believe that its time to start a new bestfriend relationship with someone else. Two years may seem vey close but i am plenty sure you can find someone much better that will be your BFF for a much longer time. Ditch them. Your better off. Ignore them completely. I am pretty sure they will come back to you or wonder where you are. When they choose to get sick of eachother they will come back, then you can tell him to "fuck off". I had gone thru this with a bestfriend of mine and i knew her since 2nd grade and i'm 25 now. That is a long relationship and ive accepted the fact that she wants to act this way. well if i were you, i would definitely talk to her about it. maybe you can devote more time to her so you dont have to lose her as a friend, or your popular friends.
if you try talking to her, and she doesnt listen, she is probably just jealous & i wouldnt blame her.
and also, what's wrong with just being friends? you guys will probably just hang out less, giving you more time to talk with your other friends. & you'd probably rather be best friends with the popular clique than BEST friends with ONE girl. you know?

Hey i'm 17f, and work at a small restrant. The bosses son is about 19/20 y.o. He always looks at me when im at work and comes and talks to me, gets stuff like drinks... (he dosn't do this for any one els).... I like him verry much, he's realy nice and realy good looking.

Why do you wanna tie yourself up in strings right before he is gonna leave and enjoy himself in Europe? You will be left hangin alone for one month, so no need to get things SERIOUS one day before. It is not as if he will come back with another girl..
