do you lose calories when you cry? haha weird question

You burn calories just sitting at your computer. In fact, you can burn up to 100 in one hour of just sitting there. Calories are burning all day within your body. Any movement at all burns calories.

So the answer to your question is yes. But, does crying burn a SIGNIFICANT amount of calories? No.

Negative. Its good to cry because when you dont cry its clogs the tearducks and when you get old you wont be able to cry. =/
