I am not going to get to see my Navy husband for Thanksgiving and I feel awful! :(

Okay my husband is in the Navy. He wanted me to come out for Thanksgiving since he has Wednesday to Sunday off. Well I tried to get it off and I couldn't. I just feel like I didn't try hard enough to get that time off. I feel so horrible about it. We've only been married for about 3 months and I've seen him once. And he understands that it didn't work out. He gets to come for Christmas though. I just don't know how to stop feeling guilty.

Theres a girl I work with for a year and a half and that whole time she had a boyfriend (they were together for 3.5 years) until they broke up two months ago (they both decided to end the relationship together and overall had a "nice" and mutual breakup). I never thought of her as a girlfriend material and always saw her as a good friend, but for the past three-four weeks we started to get closer, phone calls, text messages etc and last week it really seemed like she had something for me - came to seat with me more, flirting, touches etc, it came to a point where people started asking if there is something going on between us and that I should make a move...(for the recored, I would date her if given the option).

Was My Mirena IUD Effective Right Away?

Hey Everybody, Im 17 and I just had the IUD Mirena inserted two days ago, and that same night I had sex because I thought it would become effective immediately. Then I soon heard that it becomes effective in seven days. Is this true?

Should I stay with my boyfriend?

I've been with my boyfriend for a little over a year and a half. We were fighting a lot over the summer, so we took a short break (it only lasted a week) during this time, I found out that he started to have feelings for one of the girls he worked with. The day before we got back together they kissed. Even though we were on a break, we were still technically together just without the label of being in a relationship. It obviously hurt me when he told me about the kiss and it made me almost not even want to go back with him. He apologized and said it would never happen again, but that happened in august and it's now november and it's still haunting me. I don't know what I should do about it. My friends tell me to get rid of him, but my heart...

Want to cut but scared to?

I'm 13 and I'm going through a really tough time right now. Sometimes i think about cutting myself, but every time i go to cut myself I get scared and stop. I will take a super sharp pencil and dig it into my wrist but the marks don't stay long enough to make me feel better, so my question is, what do I do to either get over my fear of cutting or get rid of the thought altogether?

computer virus

My pc has been acting strange lately, sometimes it takes about five miniutes to turn on once I enter my accout password, then when I turn it on I am used to getting a screen pop up that says "unable to establish a wireless connection" but it has popped up 59 times before. Its slow, and just doesn't act right.The memory on the hard drive is alot more full than it was a month ago. I use norton and avast and norton tells me I have 72 threats found and my perfomance is poor. Do I have a virus and how do I fix it. If I don't have a virus how do I remove those 'threats' and get my laptop back to normal? thank you for your time.

There is this guy I like and I thought he seemed interested in me to but as I'm now realizing he talks to many other girls too. He calls and texts me a lot but I'm not the only one. Maybe I'm over reacting but I don't like that. I don't want to waste my time if he's just going after everyone. What would you do?

Ok so im on the pill, norm 28 day. I missed 1 took 2 the next day for the missed one. Did the same thing again ( missed one and took two). Now im on track and have been but ive been spotting and having cramps (pretty bad) for maybe 4 or 5 days now and im not sure whats going on....Pease Help.

okay so ever since my dad moved my mom has been a total ass.she puts my rhodesian ridgeback pup outside in the cold and lets him starve until she feels like feeding him , she took my phone away from me even though my dad payed for it and i was charging it at a friends house then she blocks me from going to this years black friday with my uncle and i have been waiting for that for a while. i got in trouble for fighting with her and now i got a court date. basically can someone help keep me sane . thanks

Finding the right therapist for me

I'm kind of shy and quiet, especially about my love life. I don't know how to tell a complete stranger about the abuse that happened to me. I have told a few people, and still feel guilty and dirty about it. I don't know how to make sure that the person I am spilling my personal thoughts and feelings to is going to make things better or accidentally make it worse. Anybody got any thoughts or ideas?

So their is this guy....I like him...A LOT!! Every time I see him in the hall at school, I get all nervous..but at the same time..freakishly exited. He is an amazing guy, but most people don't think so. He treats me like a gf but we are just really good friends. Before you ask, yes, we have kissed before...we were hugging and he just lened in and kissed me, it kinda turned into a makeout thing though... well, I'm getting caried away a little, haha. So..back to him...he is an amazing guy, but most people don't think so because he smokes and does a lot of bad stuff..but when I'm around him, I kinda forget that and look past it. He says that he wants to date, but he needs to get to know me more. The thing is, him and my best friend are literal...

I have a rather large problem. I recently started a new job, and everything was going fine. Until our new teamleader arrived. At first I just saw him as a boss but..
He's so funny, he's really nice, he's ...well attractive. I'd rather not go into it.
Reason I don't want the crush?
A. He's my supervisor
B. If that wasn't bad enough, he's married.
C. If those two didn't cinch it, he's got a CHILD.
He's not that much older than me, though I try not to ask because I don't want to fuel this stupid thing.
I've tried to meet someone to get my mind off it but its not working. I can't leave my job. I need the income and I don't think 'i like my boss' is a good enough reason to transfer.

Ok so by best friend (he also happens to be the boy I like) is epileptic. (Just as a little background, we're both 14 and freshman in high school.) He's had petite mal seizures in school before, but he just spaces out, and usually I'm the one who takes him to the nurse. And I never really worried about him. But roughly a week and a half ago, he had a grand mal seizure. he was screaming and spazzing out and foaming at the mouth. I was so worried about him. I knew that he had had grand mal seizures before, and he'd be ok, but ever since I saw him like that, everything he does makes me so worried. I've tried talking to him about it but he thinks he looks stupid when he has a seizure and so I guess he was embarrassed, and now he refuses to talk...
