1. Men will take you more seriously. A lot of bib boobed women get the fetishist types or the guys who think a girl is a slut just because he had D cups.
2. Guys will make eye contact with you rather than staring at your cleavage when they talk to you.
3. If you are an achiever in business people will not make the assumption you got hired or promoted because of your body.
4. People won't assume you're stupid. Sorry, but a lot of guys assume big boobed women are dumb.
Look, as a guy, the issue for me with boobs is shape. You can have an A cup or a D cup or anything in between, it doesn't matter as long as your boobs have a nice cute shape to them. It's mostly about the nipples for me anyway. So stop picking at yourself. Your boob size is determined by genetics, so there is nothing you can do about it unless you have them surgically enhanced, which to a lot of guys, including me, is really gross. Please don't fixate on the size of your breast, especially if your under 19 or even 21. Puberty can last until age 21. Until you finish with puberty you breasts as well as the rest of your body shape can continue to change.
If your breasts are well proportioned to your body then you are one of the lucky women who will have no trouble finding clothes that will fit properly. Women with breast too large for their frame complain they can never find clothes that fit which includes swim suits.

And if you are still young (under 19, but especially 12-16), you may not have finished developing yet. Some girls are sticks until the age of 16, but then suddenly grow much bigger breasts. And it isn't always proportioned to your body size. I know small, thin girls with large breasts and very tall girls with almost no breasts at all. It's more genetics, diet choices, and hormones that affect it, although science hasn't figured out the specifics yet.
If you are in your mid to late teens and are really concerned about it, you could always talk to a doctor. Certain hormonal problems like hypothryoidism can keep you from fully developing. Just talk to your doctor next time you visit, and if you are a teen just ask your mom/dad to wait outside the exam room. Your doctor wont mention your concerns to your parents if you tell them not to.
It is also possible and totally natural for a healthy woman to have small boobs. A lot of women do, and some cultures consider them more attractive than large boobs. Even the cultures that typically value larger breasts have plenty of men who prefer smaller ones. So don't worry so much! If the doctor says you're healthy, then you have no reason to fret. Some girls in high school may tease you about it, but outside of high school it doesn't really matter. [ Amarete's advice column | Ask Amarete A Question ]
AskAliceMadisson answered Monday November 21 2011, 2:34 am: There are many different sizes of breast. Some women have big breast, usually heavier women, some have smaller breast, usually thinner women. It is normal and it is human nature. No matter what size of breast you have, you are beautiful just the way you are. [ AskAliceMadisson's advice column | Ask AskAliceMadisson A Question ]
