The tummy is the hardest place to loose weight but for me also the funnest.
What I do to get rid of my mufin top is plently of sit ups, it is really the best way to flatten your tummy.
It can be boring at times so you could always ask a friend to sit on your feet and they could entertain you by talking to you while you do sit ups.
Also you could go to the gym with some friends, but this will help you loose weight everywhere.

This is a difficult question to answer since I don't know in which country you live, so I'm unaware of the stores you have near you.
I could advice you to buy a bikini swimsuit, it is basicly a bikini that where the bottom and top is conected, I have seen that it works really well for people with larger breasts.
A store you could find this at would be H&M
For a bikini that makes you look sportive but cute you could look in Bilabong.
Again I'm not aware of the stores in your region so I can't give you lots of advice.

So, I'm in love with this guy I've known for a year, he's 15... he's in highschool. He makes me smile! THis isn't a really big age difference since some people have 5 years difference and you have only 2. The best thing to do is to just ask your dad.
Don't ask him directly, start a conversation with him, for example talk to him and say "when did you and mom meet?" And then ask him questions such as "did you have girlfriends before mom?" And "how old where you?" Then you dad might see that you taking intrest in his love life might mean that you met some one, this will get him interested and give yiu and opertunity to ask the question.
This is the simplest way to do this without alarming your dad too much.

Hi, I'm 14/f and there's a boy in my grade that I have a massive crush on. The problem is, I don't know him all that well. I have talked to him a few times, and he laughed a lot when I told a funny story to the class. i am in love with my best friend, who told me that she used to have a crush on me but decided it was too awkward and that we couldnt be together. There is nothing wrong with being bisexual.
Your parents are your parents, and to a degree they would take you seriously.
Sit them down tell them how you feel, they are your parents and they will HAVE to understand.

You should decently feel comfortable with stuff you do with your boyfriend.
If it isn't then it is obviously to wrong time and you shouldn't be doing it.
It is not bad to like what you and your boyfriend do.
That is what we where made to do.
Other wise relationships would be really boring.
Don't feel guilty just for loving him and having a good time doing stuff with him.

They will come pretty soon.
Usually what happens is that first you develop breast and then pubic hair.
These are signs of puberty.
Once all that happened you periods will come.
Some people don't get them until they are 15 so there is noting to worry about.
Just be ready and know not to be scared when they come.

It is the hormones at this age.
Mostly they are acting out because they want to seem cool.
The thing is with guys, its hard to find someone you can trust.
Some guys can be sweet babes, but others can be real dicks.
This is my professional and personal view of guys in general.
It takes a really long time until you find a guy that is actually nice and kind.
Guys at your age want to act out.
They think that you girls like that kind of stuff and they want to show off.
Some one needs to tell them that they are going all the wrong way.
You should see that most of guys that are actually nice have more girls than dick heads.
I find it totally right that you want to wait for the right guy.
I really do think that that is the right way to go.

Okay, I am a week and 5 days late of my period.
6 days after my period was late, I took a pregnancy test, it came back postive. I was told it was better to take it first thing in the morning. I've been stressing about it really bad. My period is never late, and it has a good amount of flow.
Thursday, i noticed a little blood; it was really light and not alot. I took a pregnancy test Saturday night & Sunday morning and they both came back negative.
Just curious what this means?
I plan on going to the doctor Tuesday to get a blood test done just to put this whole thing at rest; but 3 pregnancy test, all negative, and NO pregnancy symptons, what is up with my period? Better yet, what is up with me? (link)

It is normal to feel like this.
You are probably not pregnant, you are just worried.
There is no need to be.
I can relate to you, my periods are always irregular, there is no time when they are not.
This is usually related to stress and worrying.
If you have allot of stress in your life your periods go irregular.
This is related to your hormones.
The reason why you are stressed is because of your hormone level going high.
This causes your periods to come later because your hormone level is too high.
It is normal to be late, and if you where pregnant you won't have your periods.

Okay, so I like two guys. I dont know if they like me back. And I've never had a boyfriend. I know it's irrelevant, but maybe it'll help.
So I'll call them 1 and 2.
So one is blonde and kinda unattractive. Like he's alright. Hes funny and we talk heaps and make jokes. But sometimes he can be mean and rejecting. But in like a joke way.. Its confusing I know....

I think that it is best to rely on your heart.
I can only give you advice and tell yo what I think, but you need to make a decision.
So my advice is as follows.
I know exactly when you talk about the guy 1.
I had a friend like him when I was in high school.
I didn't really know him until I got to know him and he was really sweet.
Then we became friends, etc.
The point is that you already know this guy and you can trust him.
And from what you tell me, it seems like he likes you already.
Whereas guy 2 it only seems like you like him for his looks not himself.
Some guys that are good looking could use you and hurt your feelings.
My point here is that you don't really know this guy.
Remember don't judge a book by its cover.
He may look hot and all but 1 you really know and is kind to you.
From what you have said I think that you should really be going for guy 1.
BUT that is only my professional opinion, I could be completely wrong.

Okay so I've been friends with this girl for 5 years now, but now we've gone too college.
In one lesson two girls sit in between us. She has become really matey with these girls and ignores me, even when we're queing to go in outside.

You should tell her and confront her about this.
I know this may seem like a really hard thing to do, but really its the only proper way.
Tell her that you really want to be her friend and tell her to stop using you.
It may be the she is not talking to you because she wants you to talk to her.
Maybe she is annoyed that you don't start the conversations, no offense.
I know it may seem really annoying to feel like you are being used.
If you are afraid to confront her, tell her on Facebook.
No one deserves to be treated like that.

It is natural for females to start to think about sex at this age.
I am not like most adults that will tell you don't do it, so I will give you advice.
Firstly think about whether you are ready for it or not.
If you are being forced into it, don't do it.
It is most important for the guy to get protection, so leave it up to him.
You could always get your friend to buy you something.
It does hurt the first time because it really depends on the size of his penis and your vagina.
You may bleed without pain for the next day.
There is no RIGHT position. It will hurt a bit the first time but it will get better.

Okay well I had a best friend up until 4th grade her name was Hannah but then this girl moved here and her name was Katelynne she ended up being my best friend. Well ever since then Hannah has always thought that Katelynne stole me from her. But I was messaging my best guy friend Makhi and he told Hannah after we were done that I called her a whore and so that started a lot of things. Well Anna, Hannah's best friend, started getting all mean and crap with me so she started stuff. So after a few days of all this stuff was starting Anna started calling me and threatening me so my dad ended up talking to those girls and thought he figured it out but they were still beeing bitches to me so I just gave up. Well then all of my friends wrote this note and it said that they didn't want to be my friends anymore because I have to much drama but all of them even Katelynne signed it. I see what is going on here.
She is trying to make you jealous or to be desperate for her.
What she is basically doing is trying to make it look like she isn't interested.
This can get really annoying and out of hand sometimes.
The best thing to do is to not be shy and just ask her what is going on.

It really depends on what type of guy her is.
If he is a flirt and girls seem to like him, make the first move.
Those kind of guys like that sort of stuff.
If he is shy there are two ways to go.
There are some shy guys that will never make a move so you should.

Having blackheads on our nose is not a crime, I have many.
They are also really hard to notice, if you look closely almost everyone has them.
It really depends on your skin. If you have a regular skin you should:
Scrub
Take hormone control pills for the healthy skin.
Use a product that makes the skin peal to get rid of blackheads.
If you have sensitive skin (like me):
Ur cetephil face wash, to cleanse your skin.
Get a dermatologic facial once a month.

You have to give him time. You can't convince someone to be your boyfriend.
He will know that you love him over time, and he will start yo know you won't hurt him.
Remember don't wait on him. If he love you he will ask you out.
But if you wait you will become more upset and other guys won't like you anymore.
