I am 17f and my bf is of the same age. We have had problems but we kept on getting back together. I have repeatedly been told that he had cheated on me with several girls, but he swears he didn't. I don't know if that's true since he wrote me a note saying "relationships are based on trust. Where's that trust?" which all of my supporters say as putting the blame on me to save himself. He has been suicidal whenever I tried to breakup with him. In doing so, I stayed. Its only been a few weeks since he was put in the hospital and I didn't know what to do. I am going back out with him once more. I don't know if I should stay with him or sever the ties once and for all. Any help would be grateful.

If he is threatening suicidal if you leave him then he is obviously too much baggage. Nobody should ever pressure someone into staying with them because they fear for the person's safety.
As harsh as this may come out you are not responsible if he chooses to self harm himself. If he is threatening to harm himself you should inform someone about it and let them handle the situation. Nobody is entitled to be in a relationship they don't want to be in. This guy obviously has his own mental issues he needs to sort out.
Also, If someone can't be faithful then don't be in the relationship with them. No relationship works out of their is no trust, Trust is the main factor in a relationship and without it the relationship will never work out.
