I feel so stressed everyday and it gets worse

I began working full time at 23. During this time my boss who really wasnt my boss but she was head of the department annoyed me. Giving me this to do out of my duties etc. Hence, I would get upset then one day I eventually told her about it. She said that these were the duties she designed for the position and that by doing them I was helping out the department etc. I explained to her that stuff that she added to my role was not what I agreed to do when I signed the contract with my actual boss. I took a break from school and started a retail job a few months ago. I thought it was going to be fun, but it turned out to be way more stressful than I thought. It's very fast paced and it seems like it's always busy with customers. When I get home from work I don't have any energy to do anything else. In the time that I've been there, many people quit. A lot of them just stopped showing up, and I understand why. I asked my boss if she could shorten my hours, but it didn't really help.It's very tiring, and the managers are nowhere to be found whenever we need help. How do you balance Going To School And Working At The Same Time?

How did you manage going to school and working all at the same time? Was it difficult, easier, or stressful? I am just curious because I want to work part-time and attend school, but I am not sure if it is a good idea since I have 4 classes this semester. I don't want to mess up my grades or fail a class. But I really need the money. Also, can you provide tips on how to balance this out!

Depression and job

I notice no one gave me any advice for my post the other day. I could use the advice. Guys, I need help. For some context, I am 18 in college for 3 days, and work 4 days. I have been battling depression and feel miserable at my job. I have been stuck between 2 places. I either need to ask for ADA reasonable accommodation or that requires a professional diagnosis but I honestly want just to quit. I desperately need accommodation so I can take extensive breaks or work less. I can't go to school Monday-Wednesday and work Thursday-Sunday. on top of keeping my grades up and taking driving lessons. My mental health has been tanking after 8 months of relative happiness now I feel miserable and have thoughts of ending myself(here and there, this is...

Problems in new promotion

I recently got a promotion at my work - was very excited for it as it involved my leading more higher end projects and taking own higher level individual work as well. Ever since the promotion however, all the other staff members in my department have said they want in on more of the higher level things too and have started collecting + hoarding orders to themselves (all store orders are placed in an area that everyone can access at all times, there’s no assigning of orders, it’s just who grabs what.)
The people who work the morning shift with me arrive earlier than me now, distribute the orders they want amongst themselves and then when I come in to the start of the shift, I am left what are the “lower level” orders...

I want to be acquainted with attractive females so badly but the ones I interact with Mostly thanks to my job or other activities tend to be unattractive or old and that makes me angry. For example, in my college classes, even though there ar lots of attractive girls on campus, in my classes the girls are pretty much always unattractive/ugly. At my tennis classes, sometimes we might get an attractive female for a session or two but most of the time it is ugly/unattractive women, and at my job at a store the female employees are unattractive and most of the customers are older including old women

My crush has rejected me but we are still great friends. He says he relationships are too much work and he wouldn't want a girlfriend but he keeps giving me signs that he likes me, like he will annoy me when I am not talking to him or let me hug him once in while(which he doesn't allow anyone to) or just tease me sometimes. I am trying to decide if I should give a chance (dating or sex, or both) to the male intern in our office who has an open crush on me, who I initially turned down when he so nervously but bravely asked me out, but who keeps proving himself such a gentleman and a better catch than I gave him credit for at first.
I think it was the age difference that made me discount him initially, but I feel like he shows more maturity and decency than any of the other guys in the office. I also find I have a growing attraction to him physically even though he has stopped officially pursuing me after I turned him down. Why co-workers ask so much about my dating experiences?

I happen to be the only single person in my office and for some reason all my married coworkers seem way interested in my dating and sex life. They are all asking about my plans all the time and if I mention I have a date they all want to know details before and after. This is the situation with both the guys and the girls in the office. The guys come by my desk in a pack and interrogate me. The ladies chat me up during lunch when I eat in the break room. The girls are more interested in feelings and romantic stuff and the guys are always interested in sex or anything related to sex. I have created a really messed up situation with my regional sales manager at work. We both did wrong but now I am stuck and not sure how to untangle it all without damaging my future. Even though I resent some things that have happened I am also not interested in causing problems for her or my company if it can be avoided.

Hi there. I cannot believe I am writing this but here goes. It is sort of a weird role reversal sexual harassment reality check. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. I think I might be part of the problem, but now I am sort of the focus in an unwanted way. Either way, I am not sure what to do about it.

I need interpersonal relations advice about how to be a good sport and fit in with the Navy midshipmen in my ROTC program. They are hazing me in what I consider a mostly harmless and somewhat humorous way, but I secretly am sort of getting a little bummed out about it and just wish there was a way I could be more accepted in the group.
For background, I am a 19M and I am Marine cadet in ROTC. I will owe the Corps a term of service after I graduate college in exchange for scholarships and financial aid during my undergraduate course of study. I’ve been dealing with an annoying neighbor for over a year. He used to wake me up with his alarm. That has since stopped but he’s louder than the other neighbors that lived there before him. Honestly, I never heard them at all. Granted some people are more quiet than others. But, I also think the thin walls play a role.
