Hello! I am studying esthetics at an Aveda Institute after spending years in retail. I am proof that nothing turns out how you think it will, and that's a good thing. I've always strived for straight hair.. but it never seems to stay straightened.. when ever i flat iron it.. it always goes back to its natural fall.. and when ever i blow dry it straight.. its all poofy.. and i can't get rid of it.. any suggestions on how to get my hair to stay straightened?
If you really want it, get it chemically straightened at a salon, it's about a hundred and fifty bucks minimum though. But remember....most girls WANT curly hair! Bonne chance!

No, not everyone bleeds, you're normal. Sometimes your cherry can pop from riding bikes or using tampons. This is quite normal.

I have a stepmother, her name is anne. She's only 15 years older than me, and my dad is 17 years older than her! I hate her, but i'm still nice to her...She's bothering me!!!! Wow, that sucks. My dad lives in a town 30 minutes away with his (not married to him) mistress and bastard, so I know how you feel. You need to tell him what you told me- that you don't like it when he says that. If he makes fun of you, he's not worth it. I am so sorry you have to go through this. I don't know where you live, so I can't really help you (a more specific description would be great) but if you live in the Bay Area, Pleasanton has lots of camps.It's near San Ramon, Livermore, and Oakland, a medium-sized town. They have a "catalog" of summer activities that they send out in the mail, if you make it there and go to the library, the building next to it should have some. (I used to live there.) Bonne chance!
