l_l_ChRiStInA_l_l answered Saturday July 31 2004, 4:53 pm: I have really curly and frizzy hair, so i bought the Ceramic Iron, its a very good iron except its pretty expensive :-/ also if you want your hair to stay straight you can get your hair relaxed but thats a lot of money and it damages your hair, i havnt tried it, but i would just stick to streighing it and buying a product that will make your hair less poof and sutff...hope i helped---ChRistiNa [ l_l_ChRiStInA_l_l's advice column | Ask l_l_ChRiStInA_l_l A Question ]
BeastFromTheWeast answered Friday July 30 2004, 8:22 pm: People always want what they dont have. I have naturally curly hair, and i just put a straigtening product in while its still wet, put it in a low ponytail, and let it air dry for awhile. After that just blowdry straight and use the flat iron. Once you have it the way you want put a straigtening product meant for dry hair on and it should stay pretty well. If that doesnt work id just shave your head. [ BeastFromTheWeast's advice column | Ask BeastFromTheWeast A Question ]

ballerina04 answered Friday July 16 2004, 11:06 am: hey!!! my hair is the exact same way. If you want it really straight, use a regular clothing iron on low. u can't do this all the time though, it'll fry your hair. i do this just for special occasions. AdNaMa answered Friday July 16 2004, 1:15 am: Get a relaxer if your hair is that bad, get a Amonium Thyglocolate Relaxer, unless you have color in your hair or a perm or any type of chemical already because then its only going ot damage your hair. Just realize that once you put this chemical in your hair you cant put any other chemicals at all in your hair or it will fry automatically ...
Lizzy answered Friday July 16 2004, 12:32 am: You can actually get it straightened, which is like a straight perm. The you straighten it, Also there is a shampoo and conditioner called sexy-and-straight, it works wonders

SuGgaBabYsWt answered Thursday July 15 2004, 10:54 pm: Well i have the same hair style y0u do! Just probably need to get a good straitner with porciline instead of the regular flat iron! The iron will probably cost for y0ur hair a good one around 80$ at probably Sally's or a good hair treatment place or barbor shops! [ SuGgaBabYsWt's advice column | Ask SuGgaBabYsWt A Question ]
rockyroadicecream answered Thursday July 15 2004, 10:35 pm: gah!! i have the same problem. if you blow dry it when you bend over, it blows the hair up, making it poufy. So blow dry it standing straight. Then don't blow from underneath your hair, instead do it from above. use a brush to straighten it as it dries. curling irons also work great, if you let them get really hot, and go slowly from your scalp down to the ends, it should be straight. it works for me! (another tip: if your blow dryer has a cool setting, use it) [ rockyroadicecream's advice column | Ask rockyroadicecream A Question ]
xokristabelle answered Thursday July 15 2004, 10:31 pm: If you really want it, get it chemically straightened at a salon, it's about a hundred and fifty bucks minimum though. But remember....most girls WANT curly hair! Bonne chance! [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]
MissJ1414 answered Thursday July 15 2004, 10:14 pm: First: Put a chemical straitiner in it.
After that on normal days: Wash and condition with stait hair shampoo. Then put some friz control stuff or a lil baby oil (key word LITTLE), then dry it as strait as you can then use your straightener. When your using your straightener pull it with you hair down not to the side or up but down. [ MissJ1414's advice column | Ask MissJ1414 A Question ]
GoDdeSsOfEveRyThInG answered Thursday July 15 2004, 9:56 pm: When you straighten your hair, when its wet apply Biosilk Silk Therapy (just a dab) and then blow dry your hair as straight as you can. Then go over the frizz with a ceramic straightener *The best ever is the CHI!!* Then put the same Biosilk in your hand (just a dime size again) and take a big powder brush (you use to apply blush) and dab it in the frizz serum and and apply to hair. Dont put too much on at a time or your hair will look greasy. If your hair is greasy, ass baby powder to your roots to make it look better. Good luck with you hair!!
marksbitch answered Thursday July 15 2004, 9:49 pm: I used to have the same problem. A chi works wonders, but it can cost you about $200. If you prefer a cheaper way, try a ceramic hair straightener (Helen of Troy is great) and some hairspray. Take a piece over your hair, spray it, and right afterwards take your straightener and slowly glide it over your hair. Then when you're done, re-spray your hair. To avoid stickiness, yse a good hairspray, like herbal esscense. This is damaging to your hair, so only do it every so often and use a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner. If you have VERY curly hair & you want straight hair all the time, look into a relaxer for your hair. (It is a shampoo type thing that you put in your hair for about a week and it stomps out curls). For a more temporary look, go for Bed Head's Control Freak collection. It includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Frizz Serum, and Hairspray. It's great. Hope this helps! Bethany34 answered Thursday July 15 2004, 9:49 pm: At beauty salons you can get your hair straightened by them putting something in your hair. I had it done, and I've had it for a month, and it's still straight. Hope this helps... Please rate me.
