Ok, three years isn't a HUGE age difference, but 13 & 16 is a HUGE immaturity gap. Wait a few years. Well for the padded bra thing, all girls do it every now & then. But since you've been doing it for a while, you might want to try to uh, "downsize" slowly. Try wearing only one padded bra the next time you see him, and SLOWLY go back to your real bra size. If you still want to try & turn him on without the bra, you can still be sexy without huge tits. If any of these are true, all you can do is speak to an adult such as another aunt or uncle. If she is only up 2 hours a day, she needs some sort of professional help. well i went away for the summer. when i got back my mom hade this really bad attitude to me. in the beginning the attitude was comeing from my dad. i really didnt care because i dont live with my dad n e ways my mom was being all harsh on me for all the little things. i told my friend all the things i was thinking and my mom found out. she will not talk to me.ive already told her i was sorry.and did a lot to make her forgive me, but nothing worked. Should i keep doing what im doing or what. dont tell me to talk to her cause everytime i try she walks away and i dont want to play games.
This is common. I went to camp every summer when I was 11-15. For the time I was away, I never had to clean up, or do chores, etc., and when I came back it seemed like my parents were the ones with the attitude problem. Then I realized it was ME, because I had to adjust to being back at home and all the responsibilites. Your mom is probably really hurt because you're her little girl, and when you say awful things about her, it's like saying she is a bad mom. try writing her a letter and leaving it somewhere she'll find it, or organizing somewhat of a "family meeting". If nothing works, try free family counseling sessions.

At 12, a lot of girls are indescive like that. When I was 11 I had a boyfriend that I dumped almost everyday for 4 months. Clarify to him that you like him, but you want a break, but you DO want to get together again later. Just tell him what you feel. All in all, you may just not be ready for a boyfriend.
I've always strived for straight hair.. but it never seems to stay straightened.. when ever i flat iron it.. it always goes back to its natural fall.. and when ever i blow dry it straight.. its all poofy.. and i can't get rid of it.. any suggestions on how to get my hair to stay straightened?
I used to have the same problem. A chi works wonders, but it can cost you about $200. If you prefer a cheaper way, try a ceramic hair straightener (Helen of Troy is great) and some hairspray. Take a piece over your hair, spray it, and right afterwards take your straightener and slowly glide it over your hair. Then when you're done, re-spray your hair. To avoid stickiness, yse a good hairspray, like herbal esscense. This is damaging to your hair, so only do it every so often and use a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner. If you have VERY curly hair & you want straight hair all the time, look into a relaxer for your hair. (It is a shampoo type thing that you put in your hair for about a week and it stomps out curls). For a more temporary look, go for Bed Head's Control Freak collection. It includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Frizz Serum, and Hairspray. It's great. Hope this helps!
