Why on earth are shaving you mid-section? Theres no need to shave those tiny hairs off- you can barely see them. My guess would be to use chalomine lotion on the stubble- and aleo vera.
And you might want to try some Nair.

Midsection? Ummm anyway, shave in the direction that the hair grows. Use a good razor and shaving cream. Oh yeah, shave with the water on hot because then it'll open up your pores (According to the skin experts that's a good thing) Or you could always just wax it instead. And if you don't there's this topical stuff you can buy to fix the ingrown hairs known as red dots. Unfortunately, I can't remember it's name. Sorry.

This is razor burn. Use a new razor or blade and shaving cream. Bonne chance!

Make sure you are using shaving cream, go in the direction that your hair grows, don't shave fast or else you will cause irritation, and don't shave that often. If you don't use lotion or gel when shaving and you shave quickly you will always get red dots of irritation. Good luck! And if this doesn't work, ask a skin doctor!
